I will never shop here. The self checkout employee was very rude. It could have been an easy conversation but she had to be rude and escalate to whole situation. She called over the manager which was not needed and he was rude. They both were not understanding at all. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. My mother in law was not able to walk through the store because of medical reasons also my sick baby was sleeping in the car and so I went in alone. They would not let me check out with my one item because my face was not on the membership card. I asked if I could FaceTime her and she could show she was in the parking lot. They strictly said no. Instead of nicely stating I couldn’t use the card… I got a whole dramatic run down. A manager called over. How embarrassing and rude can you be? They wanted me to sign up for my own membership and wouldn’t shut up so I could leave. It felt like I had stolen a bunch of merchandise and was gonna get the cops called on me…. Way over the top. I was a previous Costco member (however we live with our in-laws so we share food with them) it doesn’t make sense for us to have our own card. The rude lady Wouldn’t hand the card back. I finally had to ask if I could leave and took my card from the lady. I will never shop at this location again. I have other family and friends who also had problems with this location in particular. Several of which said they will never shop at this location again. Do better Costco. At least show a little empathy. This worlds hard enough as it is. Rude employees aren’t necessary. Maybe hire nice people? Or change your ego. (I would do zero stars if I could)

Clean store, love the new layout. Only complaint is when I visited, there were only two lanes open and have been waiting in line for 15 minutes to checkout and then when you do open a new lane you need to get the people who have been waiting, not the people who just showed up... Common sense.

The Creme Brulee's they sell are delicious!! Sadly, Costco only sells them about 4 months out of the year and without announcing their availability or absence. ☹️ Come on Costco, sell this year round!!

Very nice building, and the employees I ran into were kind. Costco always has amazing items, though basically everything is in bulk, so I don't recommend small families coming here. It's definitely good if you want a personal store at home, or if you're in college and you want stuff, so you don't have to worry about getting more soon. Side note: you need a membership to get in, but if you have a big family or want things in bulk, it is very worth it.

I love going to Costco. They have some of the best deals on bulk for healthier options whether you're a big person or have a family. It's enjoyable to go see what new items they have and to even just get my steps in for the day. Don't forget the pizza!

Costco is just so easy to like. It is very consistent from location to location. Just remember that you do need a membership to enter. Costco's in general are warehouse stores that have lots of discounted items that are sold in bulk. They have tons of items and quite a few selections of items. If you need bulk then this place is great!

Everyone was so helpful today. I love Costco. They have the best service anywhere. Adrian especially was wonderful today. He helped me out to my car with my baskets and was so kind and friendly. I love that he striked up a conversation and I actually cared about me.

Today my mom bought something (with her membership card) and we were dissatisfied with it so I came to return it and was told I wasn’t able to return it because I didn’t have a membership. Apparently it was “because of the new policy that started on November 1st” but when I checked the policy it said that customers weren’t able to purchase anything without a membership, however it was never stated that something couldn’t be returned. Christopher (the supervisor) was extremely rude. He even said, "I shouldn't even be talking to you right now". He told me I wasn't even allowed to be in the store right now. He also said that my mom should have signed an agreement about the policy when she got the membership, but how was she supposed to sign about it when she got the membership ten years ago? He was just spitting absolute nonsense. "I won't be doing anything for you today" were his exact words. I asked for the money to be put onto a gift card so it makes no sense as to why he wouldn't do it. Christopher's customer service skills are genuinely awful. This isn't the first time I've been treated poorly at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the South Jordan Location.

Absolutely used to love this Costco until today. My husband went shopping today, I was unable to come with due to me having COVID. Husband went to self check out and was stopped and asked to see the photo on our membership. Definitely was profiled due to them not asking three other people in front of him. My photo was on the card and they refused to let him purchase the items without me being there. The employee was VERY rude when explaining. He talked to the manager and explained I have Covid and didn’t want to put other people at risk. Manager did not care and said I still needed to be there for him to purchase the items even though he pays for this membership and it's under the same house hold. I did call and asked if there was any leniency due to me having Covid and not wanting to drive 20 minutes away. The manager still would not let him purchase the items even after I tried to explain the situation. He has used it before multiple times by himself with no issues. I understand there are rules with having a membership, but we were never told when purchasing this membership this would be a rule. I had to drive all of the way there just to stand in a long line to watch him purchase the items. Like he was a criminal or something. Manager saw I was there never approached us to apologize again for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service. It would have been nice to receive something in the mail with any membership changes. I will not be renewing my membership here. I only purchased the membership thinking it would be more convenient for us. I’ll just save that money and go with a family member and Venmo them after haha. If you guys are going to be cracking down on memberships maybe you should inform your customers. It's ridiculous either way the store would be making money even if it wasn't his face on the card. It looks like you guys have over 20 one star reviews with membership issues. Maybe this is something that needs to be fixed???!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was at this Costco and wanted to do a return however I don’t have a membership because I was doing a return for someone else. I understand why I was denied a return but the manager and the employee were so rude. The managers name was Christopher and he talked to me like I was 4 years old. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Probably not coming back to this location let’s all go to Sam’s Club!

The tire center at this location isn't great. I couldn't even get an appointment scheduled for my tire installation as the clerk would put me on hold then hang up instead. I tried three times and each time after the first there would be a long wait then a loud pickup and slamming of the phone. I ended up using the south jordan location where there wasn't any issues. Not sure if that person was having a bad day or what but not a great experience.

I have never had an issue with the way this Costco operates. I have been very impressed how quickly the staff has helped us while they have been very busy in the food court. They offer more menu items than I anticipated and I am so pleased with this Costco location!

Well Costco is usually a great experience but my experience this time has not been so great I finally decided to by tires from my local Costco but I thought well the first day maybe just short handed but it turns out that i have been back twice and every time you wait for ever and ever for customer service in the tire area why don't they have someone at the counter I have no idea but my 2 nd experience with the tire department as they keep Setting up appointments for me and instead of telling me my tires are not there I show up for my appointment and then get told there not there not to mention they are so busy that I half to leave my job early so I can make it to there appointments my first impression of the tire shop is bad communication and management

I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the service shown here today. It has come to my attention that even though Costco members have been letting kids in the food court and giving them food even without a membership. Which I think is smart, tactile, and just overall good business. But… when I went in after getting food without a membership countless times (plus I needed to go to the pharmacy) I was refused service. That was a huge waste of my time and caused me to not be able to eat that whole day. (I could only eat then due to my hectic schedule) when he refused my service I mentioned I also had to go the pharmacy, I was then pressured to know what I was getting and again refused. I need some personal medicine that I wasn’t comfortable sharing with an older male. It’s 100% ok to not want to give food to people without a membership, but not giving a notice and then putting loyal customers out is completely unacceptable, and it sounds like a child could run the store better than these “adults.”
