I tried to go shopping on a day it said they were open at 10am. At 1030 the doors were locked tight and the workers were inside just ignoring all the customers at the door wondering why the store was locked down. I tried calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone. It just felt like nobody wanted to work! I drove 25 min to get to the store and don’t feel like waiting 30 min to see if they decide to open— so inconvenient!

Not good. Now that I’m looking at other poor reviews, it’s all making sense. I don’t leave reviews…like, ever. But this was so bad, I felt it was my duty. 😂 Sales people were annoyed when I asked for a size, and went back to conversation between each other as “well, anyways, as I was saying…” So the next size I retrieved myself from a higher rack (I’m 5’10, so not a struggle). At the sales counter I was asked (by a different even ruder worker), “did you have help with this?” as she held up the top I’d pulled myself from a higher rack. “No,” I replied. “Well, you need to ask for help next time because this is a wooden display hanger, so you should’ve asked for assistance in getting that.” Ummm, okay, weird. I shrugged it off and attempted to engage in polite conversation - that was a no go. She must have been having a very bad day…at 10:30 in the morning…when they open at 10… Oh, and they also don’t give you a bag. That was a first for me. She handed me my PILE of clothes to leave the store. 😂😂 I just can’t. Never had a worse experience in a store. It was…bizarre. STICK TO ONLINE! Cute stuff and decent prices, but not worth going into the store. I WILL NOT be back.

This place has the worst workers ive ever seen. They obviously are super miserable with their jobs and are not helpful at all. We have come in the buy our kids clothes and we go to checkout and this lady (not sure what language she speaks as she just obviously acted like she didn't know English) was playing on her phone, I sat their waiting for her to check us out and she never said a word. So I asked her if she can help me check out and she said, were closed over here go to the other side (the adult side) and I went over there and those 2 girls just proceeded to stay in there convo and I asked a question about if the shirt didn't fit my daughter about returning it and she was super rude to me and then went back to her convo about drama with her friend. This is the closest to my house but I don't like to go. None of the staff even say hello to you.

Closed 45min early. Called to make sure their closing was actually 6pm (per website). Arrived at 520pm and the doors were locked. Also, employees have been rude and not helpful.

rudest employee and we were standing at the register for a good ten minutes before she helped us. my friend asked for a bag but the lady didn’t give us one and made us pay for one after we had paid for our clothes.

Terrible customer service. I asked an employee about which registers were open? She answered with “im not on the clock”.

We went in to buy school clothes and they would not let us try anything on in the fitting room. They did not close for another hour and a half. This is not the first time this particular store has done this. The lady we spoke to refused to let us try anything on. It is so ridiculous that every time we go in it is the same thing. Blaming corporate for the reason. You guys keep losing sales and they are rude and unfriendly.

Awful customer service! I went in looking to buy something that said it was in stock in the store. I asked the employee and she immediately said they didn’t have it. I ended up finding the item myself in the store afterwards.

Literally the least friendly/ helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Ive been in the store at least 8 times and I’ve never had a pleasant interaction with an employee. I dread going in because I know they will be rude.

Terrible employees and customer service. I don’t know who these people think they are.EVERY review says the same thing. The employees, manager, and regional manager should be fired immediately! Corporate must not care.

Rudest sales clerk I have ever encountered -EVER! Tho they are open till 9:00, there was a grumpy sales clerk blocking the dressing rooms and refusing to let anyone try on clothes after 8:20. No one ever came to check us out at the register- probably because the only person working there was busy standing in the dressing rooms making sure no one went in any of them. So we literally couldn’t even buy anything- just left our purchases at the counter and left by 8:35- as did a lot of other people. They should lock their doors at 8:00 and not pretend to be open till 9:00.
