Your insurance company will push you toward Safelite. Don't fall for it. When I called them, they were 10 days out. Expert Auto Glass? Next day appointment.
The tech who came out was genuinely one of the nicest people I've dealt with in any service industry. Replaced my windshield quickly and the work was flawless. I had new wiper blades on hand and they installed them for me at no charge. Meanwhile, Safelite makes a huge production about wipers and hits you with a $50 upsell. That kind of annoying add-on nonsense is exactly why companies like Expert stand out.
Then Murphy's Law struck—3 weeks later, a rock hit my brand new windshield. I didn't even hesitate, I called Expert back immediately.
They had me fixed up in 15 minutes. This wasn't a tiny chip either (I have before/after photos), but you can barely tell it was ever there. Excellent repair work.
These guys are the real deal. Daimon the owner actually answers the phone and talks to customers—imagine that. They clearly care about service, not just moving people through like an assembly line.
Do yourself a favor and call Expert Auto Glass. You'll thank yourself later.

Recently my wife's car was damaged during a bad storm Saturday night at Traverse Mountain. The wind kicked up debris that broke a side window.
Expert Auto Glass was able to come out to us Tuesday evening and quickly cleaned up the broken glass and replaced the window. Everything was very well done and for a great price. I really appreciate both the price and the quick turn around.

Been here multiple times as my Tesla windshield seems to get rock chips more than any other vehicle I’ve ever owned!
Great people! Great customer service. Last time I was having a particularly crappy day and they really went out of their way for me and I am still so grateful. These human are some of the good ones. ♥️

10 stars! They truly go above & beyond and do amazing work. My car had some scratches on the front bumper and they made it look brand new!! I should add that they charged me 1/3 of what auto body shops in the area quoted me. Thanks guys!!

We were in a pinch to get our windshield repaired. The woman that I spoke with was so great to work with! I wish I remembered her name. 🙈 She was able to schedule an earlier time for us. For literally the next day!

Listen up everyone! No need to go anywhere else for any windshield repair! Went in this morning for a rock chip repair and it was done so fast! No appointment needed which was amazing, soooo reasonably priced, nice people, great work done on my rock chip and to top it all off they have the most BEAUTIFUL and sweetest dog I’ve ever seen hanging around 🥰 my new go to place! Thanks so much 👍🏻
