Just took my 9 yr old in. He was already upset about something and in a bad mood. Lisa was WONDERFUL with him. So patient and understanding even when he wasn’t at his best. It turned our day around. She gave him a great haircut too. Thank you Lisa!

It's okay for haircuts. It really depends on who the stylist is, so it can be a bit inconsistent.

Stylist: Wanted someone to cut my hair in layers and found the perfect guy to cut my hair here! I highly recommend Jayden! He listened to what I wanted and took his time to make sure it was just right and even. Great personality as well.

Disappointed in the customer service. We saw a sign for $10 haircuts and made an appointment for our kids. Right before our turn they take the sign down and say that it expired yesterday. They said it would be $19/kid so we left.

I recently took my two daughters to Great Clips and we were lucky enough to have Jaden as our stylist. He was fantastic! Jaden listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great advice, and his friendly manner made my daughters feel completely at ease. The haircuts were perfect—stylish, exactly what we asked for, and tailored to each of my daughters' personalities. Jaden's skill and attention to detail were impressive. It's clear he loves his job and cares about his clients. We left feeling great and will definitely be back. Thanks, Jaden, for such a wonderful experience!
