I usually have a good experience at this Great Clips, but we had Bethany for the first time and that changed things for us. She cut my child’s hair and was extremely rude throughout the entire haircut. There is no need to be so snappy to an innocent, sweet child doing exactly what they are told. We will not be back.

It was a disaster. I've been a Greatclips customer for years and they've never updated the notes even though they swear they have. So every haircut is an adventure that ends badly (a cut based on old notes, plus they don't pay attention when I try to explain the haircut) and for which no one takes responsibility.

The staff at this location make you feel very welcome, and they have an easy manner which allows them to connect with guests on their own level. The haircuts are pretty consistent, and the environment is clean and friendly.

I really liked my stylist and she did a wonderful job on my hair. She was super kind and personable. I am giving 2 stars as I was uncomfortable in there. One of the stylists was visibly very, very sick - couching, red nose, looked so tired, very clearly ill. With the amount of illness going around, I was uncomfortable that she was not only at work, but not wearing a mask either. She served an older gentleman without a mask being visibly very sick. I know they have policies with having to have 2 stylists in the salon, but putting everyone at risk doesn't seem fair to patrons. I hope management will consider providing policies that can allow for the sick person to go home or at least require them to wear a mask to protect those around them. Really praying I don't get sick.
