Store is fine.Cashiers need work.Finished my transaction as I'm typing in my email so now I don't get an emailed receipt to keep track of my warranties.And no, I'm not going to install your dumb app just so I can scan a paper receipt.Seriously annoyed no one at customer service would help me get my receipt emailed either

Terrible service from the customer service department at this store , don't shop at this location , they put my family at risk with leaving a appliance in middle of my house . The also started to take out a appliance leaving wires water hoses just hanging , then said we need to check something and then just left with everything a mess!!!!! I said I had a 1 year old and this mess is a serious safety risk and they said we had insurance for that , to me that's child endangerment. I had to hire my own contractor to fix their mess , don't shop here as they could care less about your safety, kids, or your house . After decades of being loyal Im thinking of going elsewhere . #1 they don't care about you and more importantly could care less about safety.

We ordered a washer/dryer in November for delivery on Dec 31, only the dryer showed up. It is Jan 19 and we still don't even have a date to get our washer. I have called multiple times about this, but the store has absolutely no idea what is going on??? If you don't know what is going on, why are you in this business?????

Ordered a microwave and paid extra for installation. The installation team arrived, installed, and left without saying much to me. Might have been a language barrier but I couldn't tell for sure. 23 days later I have to take the microwave down to paint my cabinets. That's when I found the horror. The installers stole the installation plate that came with the new microwave, and just used the one that was already installed, which didn't fit. So they drilled several extra holes in the cabinet to try to get it to stay up. I'm lucky it didn't fall on me. Home Depot says I only have 2 days to report installation issues so I'm out of luck. They won't take the microwave back even though I have no way to properly install it now. Do not use their installation service. You will regret it.

We ordered cabinets for our kitchen remodel from Home Depot in Riverton. . The kitchen designer seemed unfamiliar with the design program and had a difficult time inputting our information. That should have been a red flag that we should look elsewhere. They insisted that we use their measuring service rather than trusting our contractor's expertise which turned out to be another huge mistake because when our cabinets arrived the cabinet over the cooktop was much too large and didn't fit. The they input the wrong ceiling height in the design program so our crown molding and fill for over the cabinets was 3 inches too short and they measured wrong for the side panels on our island. They were three inches too long. When we called to complain we were told that our contractor had installed everything wrong (he has over 16 years experience) we had to fight to get them to let us return the merchandise that THEIR measuring service had screwed up. All of these screw ups caused our remodel to drag on several weeks longer than scheduled. They were horrible to work with and offered no discount or apology for their mistakes. We will NEVER use their services again for anything but the most basic hardware needs!

This is my "home" HD location. I have had exceptional customer service at this location, but finding the associates to get this exceptional service can be difficult at times. The seem to have hired a lot of young employees lately, which is great, but they lack the knowledge generally needed for anything beyond pointing you in the right direction. That said, the front end is well staffed, its the lack of staff in the isles, where customers need more involved help, which tends to hard to find.

Attempted purchase a simple drill, found that they were all under lock and key, which is unfortunate but understandable. Found several associates whom were walking around on phones, so you go and stand near but not so near that one eavesdrop, but make eye contact so they pretty much know you need assistance. Then they continue their conversation and then just turn and walk away. WTF?.? Then you go up front and ask for assistance, they overhead page for that isle, no one shows. I practically jump in front of the next guy, only he doesn't have a key. But he's nice enough to overhead page once more to call his phone. Again, no one responds. Bottom line, if it's out in the open and you can find it, go for it. If you have to deal with rude and non existent associates, don't waste your time, Hell, Amazon is faster.

Thought I'd try online shopping with Home Depot for the first time. Ordered foam panel garage insulation. Panels came incomplete. Options offered were not satisfactory. Installation is now incomplete and they say they are out of stock so I can't order more. I definitely would have gone somewhere else had I known. Save yourself the trouble.

Ordered a dishwasher to be installed. Over a month later it was delivered.... damaged. They had to send out another dishwasher another month later after they postponed the delivery date on 2 separate occasions, and once it arrived, they installed it improperly. Now I have a broken dishwasher and they can’t schedule a technician to check it out because they are incompetent and have every excuse in the book for not making it right. Waste of time and money. I’d give it zero stars if google would allow that option.Service: Installation

I had a list of items to grab the other day, I wasn't sure where anything was and a sweet employee (Daytona) helped me around the whole store. She was knowledgeable about the location of ALL the items and answered all of my questions. It was the easiest trip thanks to her! I would definitely recommend asking for her if you need some help getting around the store! Thank you Daytona!

Unbelievable, absolutely no Customer Service. I'd give it less stars if could, The employees act like it's a sport not to help people. Waited for 30 minutes just for somebody to unlock the battery cage, finally I just left.

Horrible customer service from bother the store and customer service online. we ordered appliances well over a month ago, and the night before delivery, received an email telling us how to prepare for delivery.
