I do not like how when you take a fleet vehicle into jiffy lube, they do not ask the driver for any approval on anything, they just start looking for anything to replace or refill and then contact the fleet company, and next thing you know your in there for over a hour, when I didn’t have that much time to spend there.
If you want to replace something great ask the driver don’t just try cutting them out and dealing with the fleet company directly.

I would give it no stars if available. Not only did they totally mess up on my vehicle and put all fluids in wrong places even though it was clearly marked multiple ways on my vehicle where each fluid goes. I also just found out recently from a person that works there is that they are allowed to do cannabis on the job and vape as long as they are out of the view of cameras. Which is another reason I would never take a vehicle there ever again

Recently got emissions done at this location because it was the closest to my house & it was a terrible experience. They took over an hour & a half with hardly any customers there & I left before some of the people that were there before me so I am definitely not the only one who experienced this. It definitely shouldn’t take that long for emissions. Weren’t very professional with customer service as well. I’ll never go back

Came here before to do my emissions and came back for an oil change and coolant flush. These guys were super respectful towards me and took very good care of my car! I will always recommend these guys to anyone!

I came in yesterday, just getting around to writing this but i have to say i've always loved this jiffy lube! I've been coming to this location for a while now and its never disappointed me before but this time when I came in the girl that greeted me was super rude. She gave me a lot of attitude and was acting as if she didn't want to help me. When being in customer service you never want to treat your customers this way. The team did a good job with my car, but I'm not sure I will be coming back to this location because of the way I was treated

I love Jiffy Lube, always have, but this is hands down the best location, best staff, best people all around! They are honest, kind, reliable & helpful- they will not jerk you around or scam you out of your money.Very professional dudes, & even better humans! I am very grateful & appreciative of them.

I will first start by saying that I have always liked and appreciated Jiffy Lube as a C company that gave me a job while I grew up. I have NEVER taken any of my vehicles to anywhere except Jiffy Lube just because of that fact. I worked at Jiffy Lube in Draper, Utah and managed/trained by Joe TunzI back in like 2005-2007 or so. Can’t even remember for sure it was so long ago. I’m assuming that name has to speak for itself with this company. With how tough and good of a manager he was and how much I hated him as a punk kid lol. This is the reason I decided to always take my entire family’s vehicles to Jiffy Lube for all our oil changes. The particular location I’m writing this review on does not operate the way that the Jiffy Lube I worked for and have continued to use for my vehicles does not even come close to the standards I thought they cared about. They never even greeted me, when I saw multiple people standing around not doing much. At one point after waiting at least 10-15 min and driving backwards and forwards over the thing that lets people know I pulled up and still not even being greeted. The one that I assume was the manager/leader on shift helping another customer, gave me a give me a minute signal with his hands in a what appeared to be a frustrated way. This was while one of the I’m assuming vac tech employees stood next to him with his hands folded. It was at that point that I decided to drive to a different location (13400 s Bangerter) where I know for a fact good old Joe Tunzi used to work a few years ago and where I have typically been going with no issues. I was greeted right away even though they were prob more busy there the other location I was at. I was taken care of asap at what I know to be the Jiffy Lube expectations quality of service.I have never been one to even take the time to post reviews but where this relates to my life and the knowledge of standards Jiffy Lube has (at least used to have while employed there) I could not ignore the situation and trust that they do not put up with such service.I am a business owner myself and aware of the current situation we are all facing with finding and employing people that are willing to get their hands dirty and work hard for their money these days. I just know from hands on experience that I would have been fired or at the very least written up by good old Joe when I worked there growing up. Please expect more from your employees again and especially your management. Customer service does still matter. Otherwise I would simply change the oil on our vehicles myself for a little bit cheaper. I prefer to support a business doing their trade at a professional level then save a few bucks. The same way I hope people will prefer to call me overs saving a few bucks.Very disappointing experience and I hope you guys will address the situation.
