I have been to this location several times to get an emissions test done, sadly this location has several issues with this for example over the last 30 days.
1. "I'm sorry our guy that does emissions is not in today, you can try back tomorrow...... Sorry"
2. "We can do it but it's gonna be a long wait there is 7 people ahead of you" also empty bays and no customers
3. "Sorry our emissions machine is down right now"
4. "Sorry there's no one here thats qualified to do them, I wish I could help sorry"
5. " Oh sorry but when we came in this morning the machines are down, they are down at a lot of jiffy lube it's gotta be a problem with the state" btw called all the jiffy lines within 10 miles and no computer problem at any other location.
What is wrong with this location?

$83 for the LABOR of an oil change?! Are you kidding?! And they broke a valve cover gasket then charged me for it. Not coming back here.

Came in this morning before work, they were quick with the intake, listened to my requests, did the full service with vacuuming floors too, and I was back on the road in 10 mins. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the service for my emissions test. I was pressed for time to get back home to take care of a sick family member. The team gave me an honest estimate of the wait time due to the line and were quick and efficient to address all of us in line.

I have been to many Jiffy Lube locations over the years and have never been more impressed than I am by this location. They work extremely fast and are always very honest about what’s going on. Never feel like they are trying to rush me out or up charge on services. Cannot recommend this crew enough!

Jiffy Lube always gives us the best service. They are up front, honest and fair. They communicated what was needed to be done with the vehicle and it was done in the time they said it would be done for the price they quoted me.
