Spent 30-35 minutes in the drive thru. It would have been faster to go to the Herriman location. The delivery driver left and came back in the time it took to move from order to the window. Then the kid at the window was just like oh well about the wait. Got home to find out they screwed up one of our sandwiches. Glad I wasn’t on break from the hospital across the street. Not living up to “Freaky Fast”

Went through drive through. Didn't know our sandwiches weren't made to order til we got home. Kids weren't happy they had to scrape veggies off their bread. It's a rough life.

To start out, I got there at 8:50 and they turned off the lights to the drive through. Had to walk in, the customer service here was the worst just a bunch of rude intimidating stares. Won’t come back to this location. You have to train your night staff on their customer service.

When you place a delivery order, you expect to receive it within a reasonable amount of time. One hour and 23 minutes, that’s how long it took to receive my delivery order. Not exactly freaky fast. This was a small order for one person, to be delivered 6 minutes away from the store. There’s no reason for a delivery order to take that long. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Unhappy with service. Took over an hour from placing order to receiving order. Delivery time was almost 30 minutes after est. Arrival time. Called the store twice no apology just yes this is normal and they do not control the app or website that shows estimated arrival. Sandwich was soggy when arrived. Will not be ordering delivery from store again. Tried to leave the review on their feedback but that does work either

I went through the drive-through with cash with starving kids in the car and I went to pay for our food and they said they don’t break $100’s even though it was all I had. Less then $60 would have been my change and they sent me away instead of making change…. Ridiculous.

I really wish all Jimmy John's had consistent pricing. This place is charging almost a dollar more for the usually little John's we get. Not to mention adding any toppings is over a dollar more. It was also one of the slower Jimmy John's I've been too. So slower service, more expensive- lame.

Thursday 8/24/2023, 11:25am - whomever was working the drive through was awesome! The type of personality that you can feel his joy and kindness. He helped me to sign up for the loyalty app and was so quick with my order. I love the sandwiches but will return for this great customer service.
