Guy with dark hair and dark facial hair was very rude him and his girl coworker were working today and were not kind at all. Clearly talking about us and giving us very rude looks, definitely not coming back. All the workers are very odd and very rude!!! Bad service was not even willing to help me when I was being very kind.

I went here for new shoes before I started school, Cole was absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and very kind. I left the store with two pairs of shoes that were comfortable and fit perfectly thanks to Cole. I absolutely recommend going in and trying on some shoes here.

I will never shop this location again. HORRIBLE customer service. They refused to return my shoes that I had purchased there two weeks earlier (they had never even been taken out of the box) claiming that I was trying to scam the store?? I had my receipt, it was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I left fuming and him telling me I could try returning them at a different location? So weird. Avoid this store at all costs, go to the sandy location.

My daughter and I came around 12 pm, when we entered there was a young white woman with black hair. She didn't once attend us, or even acknowledge us. My daughter and I are both People of color, keep in mind. When a white couple entered she was so quick to get up and assist them, and not once did she treat us how she was treating them. Which is incredibly unfair. And honestly very disrespectful. I hope to see a change, for our latino community.

This Journeys location does not deviate from what you would expect from a Journeys store. The shoe selection is pretty good. It is small like most locations. The entrance is a street entrance, the surrounding shopping area is an outdoor space. The employees were friendly and helpful when I visited.
