I never write reviews for anything, but after leaving the Lululemon store today, I had to. The customer service was absolutely immaculate. I asked one question about a pair of leggings, and I swear the entire team showed up to help me. I felt so supported and genuinely taken care of. Everyone treated me with such kindness—it honestly felt like they were helping out their best friend. The experience was so personal, which is something I don’t think you find in most stores anymore. You can tell they truly care about making their customers as happy as possible. If I could give more than five stars, I would without hesitation.

Had to go pick up an order with 7 month old twins & a 3 yr old by myself and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. They made it stress free and also went out of their way to help me find other things I was looking for. LOL this doesn’t serve justice for how helpful they were but I’m grateful!

I have visited Lululemon often, and I must say, it never disappoints. This location always has an impressive variety of stylish and trendy clothing options. I love how they keep up with the latest fashion trends, making it a go-to store for all my fashion needs. What sets this Lululemon location apart is their exceptional customer service. The employees have always been incredibly kind and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I thoroughly enjoy my experiences at Lululemon would highly recommend it to anyone looking for cute and fashionable clothing, along with exceptional service. It's undoubtedly deserving of a five-star rating.

My husband and I went into the Riverton Lulu and couldn’t find the pants we wanted. Tag (the cutest sales associate) was the kindest kid. He was helpful, patient and kind. I would recommend anyone needing some extra help, find Tag at the Riverton Lulu. He was awesome!

The staff here are so unprofessional. They are so rude when it comes to return. Bought a short 8 days ago and it started pilling so bad so i went there to make a replacement but they denied saying that it was our fault for not washing it properly. I told her that it was hand washed and i did not use any softener or anything like that. She then started to blame me for not washing it properly. She was examining the clothes herself by looking at it and coming to a conclusion for a clothe that turned out pilling after one use. I literally went there after 8 days of purchase. Again when i went to a lululemon close to my house for the same case, she did not hesitate with the return and helped me return the item in just one minute. Do not recommend this particular store. Never had such experience with lululemon before. Wish i could give 0 stars

I ordered some pants online for store pickup & received an email the morning of April 26 that they would only be held until store closing on April 27, which is less than 48 hrs. I wasn't able to make it to the store by then, so I called the location and asked if they could be held another day and a half. I was told by Wade that they couldn't do that, and when I asked out of curiosity why they had such a short pick-up window, he said they don't like to take inventory off the floor & if they can sell it they will, and ended with "That's kind of how companies work". I was pretty taken aback by the snappiness of his response and the lack of customer service or least bit of flexibility. He did say that they didn't put things back out next day and I could come in and see if it was still there, but I definitely don't want to go in and have to deal with that again so I'll be cancelling my order and I don't think I'll be shopping with Lululemon anymore.

I purchased a few pairs of shorts 6 months ago and wore them maybe 5 times only for them to tear. When I purchased I was told they had a lifetime warranty since I was hesitant about spending $80 on shorts to workout in. I went into a store today to get them warrantied and was told that is no longer the case. I don’t understand how you can offer a warranty at the time of purchase, only for that to be revoked when it actually comes time for warranty to be used. That does not seem right to me at all. How can Lululemon write this wrong? I’m sure there are a few other people out there, who have experienced this as well, and are willing to take their business elsewhere. That is not a good luck for any company to have.
