I love me some Nike stores this one isn't one I'll return to its so limited and so expensive I walked and walked out. Don't get me wrong from nice inside the people we're nice but the selection very very limited and if you have lil lil people they had nothing for them.

Employees are super rude. Nobody greeted me when I walked into the store or asked if I needed any help finding anything. Wouldn’t suggest this store find another location.

The person at the store was nice, so the negative review is due to their awful exchange policy. My grandma sent some Nike stuff for Christmas presents, and I went in hoping to just exchange them for a different size/color. Apparently Nike doesn’t direct exchanges without a receipt, even for brand new, never worn items. I’m shocked they can stay in business with such a terrible policy.

It was apparent something was off about this Nike store as soon as we walked in, when the employee that greeted us basically acted like we were aliens. And it was hard to tell if there was even a men's section. My impression is if you are an actual athlete who is interested in performance apparel and footwear, this store probably won't have much to offer you. Seems like its more for social media influencer types.

We arrived to the store with 30 minutes until close and we left with 15 minutes to spare. Kai was friendly and was helpful in finding shoes for my son. Thanks for the great customer service!
