For the Riverton store - abysmal service. Rudest people ever. Visited 10/29/24 mid day. Would not ever return even if they were the last sewing shop in Utah. Bernina should be more discerning when partnering with retailers. I wish I could give a negative rating.

As always them embroidery machine is not fixed I gave lots of instructions on what issues are, I told them to please make sure it gets fixed and NOPE same issues. Same as last 2 times I used them . WE NEED A REAL REPAIR SHOP IN UTAH. I wish the cotton shop was still here !!!!!!

Nuttails in Riverton is a friendly store for neighborhood folks. Although I am a longtime customer of Nuttails because I love their selection and their staff. When I went in yesterday because I needed my sewing machine tension adjusted Liz one of the staff members adjusted it for me with a smile right there on the spot. That’s just one example of how Nuttails treats their customers, new or old. Kudos to Nuttails and I hope you stay with us for a long long time to come. We all need you. ?

I stopped by to get some help with the tension of a serger that was given to me. The lady who helped me sat down and took care of it right then and didn’t charge me for her work. She also gave suggestions on the sewing portion of the project I am working on.

I bought my machine here back in 2020 during the pandemic. It has always performed well and then my husband used it for a project and we thought it was broken and an expensive repair would be needed we took it in over Christmas break this year abd I had it back within days. The woman who helped us was awesome. She re-threaded the machine and fixed the issue with no cost! We then had my machine tuned because it was due, but the customer service was outstanding! Great store and great customer service.

Nuttall's was great! My husband took my 30-year-old serger in and found they were helpful and able to tune up my machine like new. I was super happy with the results. When I called to see if they'd answer some general serger questions, they invited me to bring my machine back in so they could walk me through things free of charge. It was such thoughtful follow-up and a real mark of confidence in the quality of their repairs. Nothing but good things to say!

Had a great time walking this shop with my mother-in-law. We were greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. We were there in time to see one of the classes in session with everyone smiling and chatting. The restrooms are clean and tidy. This is a great one-stop shop for fabric advice and machine work.

I am taking their beginners sewing class. I made a pillowcase the first class. It was a lot of fun. Everyone at the shop is super nice and friendly. There are so many choices of fabric and everyone is so knowledgeable. The instructor was smart and made me feel so confident. I’m excited for all the future classes.

I have bought my sewing machines from Nuttall's for years and greatly appreciate their expertise and service. Recently, they took the time to do an assessment of my serger and fix a problem without charge. The machine just needed a minor tweek, but all the same, many places would have charged a service/labor charge to take it apart, have a look and reshape the part. Thank you so much!A special thanks to Liz for her mechanic wizardry and for the technician who helped as well.

Went to Riverton store today to buy a new machine. We I first arrived I was only customer in the store. Not one of the 3 people working said hi. Didn't think much about it until about 20 minutes of looking at machines I was going to try and find someone. At that moment another person came in not 1 but all 3 people greated her and asked if they could help her with anything. I thought I have been in here for 20 minutes looking to spend a few thousand dollars and not one of you even could ask if I needed anything. So I left seriously even walmart has employees at the door to say hello.

I had my seeing machine serviced. They had it about a week, and it runs like new!! Very, very happy to get my old friend back and resume my quilting.

If you want attitude from the lady cutting fabric and people who don't know how to even cut it correctly, here is your place. Got a couple fabrics but decided against one and immediately got attitude from the lady cutting it simply because we changed our minds. Not like she has to pay for it.

Great sewing classes. So glad I came. I had no idea all of the cool things my machine does. Helene is the best. She's patient, cute, and funny. I have learned so much! Can't wait for my next class.
