I am able to find what I need, and when I'm not able to find it right away, there's always a customer service person at the store who is available and ready to assist me. Purchasing office products directly from a local store is very satisfying. There is no guess-work because I can see the real product and hold it in my hand before purchase -- which eliminates the need for later returns or exchanges.
