Big yikes, I would give zero stars if possible. Not only is the store disappointing, when checking out, we were left standing there for ten minutes while two associates were chatting to another customer with a return and the customer was searching for her receipt. It would have been nice to be acknowledged or even have the customer stand to the side while she was searching for her receipt. Why did two employees have to stand there helping while one checked her watch and looked around? Maybe call for back up or even have one of the two associates actually help us check out. As far as I saw there were multiple check stands and we were no where near to closing, just open another register.
We didn’t even get to check out we as left as soon as it was clear the associates would leave us hanging. Terrible, be wrong coming back :/

I just went to shop here with my family visiting from out of state and oh my gosh DO NOT come here. The manager Hannah Anderson is the rudest manager i have ever met including working retail myself. She seems more concerned with being rude to customers than the cleanliness of her store. Under her management, the store looks like it has been hit by a tornado and it is impossible to find what you need. I hope her superiors do a better job promoting next time so the store can return to an organized and friendly environment.

I stopped an associate to ask her opinion on something I was considering purchasing. Not only did she help with that, but she took me right up to the counter, helped me find what I needed in-store AND online. Awesome service!

I absolutely love Old Navy!! Everyone has they're spot that carries the brands that fit YOUR body and Old Navy is that place for me! Very reasonably priced and always a TON of marked down items to pick through, and you just gotta love the Old Navy cash you earn for future purchases.

Terrible Customer Service and Rude General ManagerI had an incredibly disappointing experience at Old Navy yesterday. I purchased a pair of sunglasses a few days ago, which unfortunately caused me a severe migraine due to their tight fit. I removed the tags from both the sunglasses and the case, as I had no reason to believe that returning them would be an issue.Upon arriving at the store for the return, I was greeted by an employee who proceeded to call their general manager, Hannah Warnick. From the moment she started speaking to me, her tone was remarkably rude and condescending. She seemed to be irritated by the simple request for a return. When I explained the situation and mentioned that Amazon handles returns more easily, she dismissively retorted, "We are not Amazon."I was so upset by the treatment I received from Hannah that I left the sunglasses and their case there, even though I did not receive my refund, which is my right as a customer. I felt incredibly disrespected and unheard as a customer. Instead of calmly explaining the store's policies, she displayed arrogance and hostility. It was a truly terrible experience that left me shocked and upset.Even if Old Navy's return policy requires the tag to be on the products (in this particular case, a pair of sunglasses and case), that policy would be very unreasonable. No one would wear sunglasses with the tag. It's worth noting that my leaving the store without my money back, especially after the treatment I received, feels dishonest on the store's part.Moreover, I find it perplexing that Old Navy's return policy regarding the necessity of tags is unclear. The Return policies FAQ on their website does not mention any requirement for tags. Yet, I was met with resistance and a lack of empathy.As a loyal customer who has frequented Old Navy for years, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I urge the management to address their customer service practices and ensure that their employees, especially those in leadership roles like Hannah Warnick, treat customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve.I hope that Old Navy takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve their customer service moving forward.

This store is always stocked with the latest Old Navy clothes. I really enjoy this store for it’s convenient location among other cheap clothing stores so you can kind of do everything at once. The parking is abundant and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve shopped here a few times and have nothing to complain about.
