I walked in and multiple employees looked at me, but they didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. So I walked out, I’m not wasting my time somewhere that doesn’t care about customers.

Yikes! If I could give a zero stars I would- I called the store to see if they were able to hold an item for me as this store is far from me but the only one with the items in stock. Associate said let me check, she put me on “hold” but did not actually put me on hold and them or another associate proceeded to say they “hate when customers do this- I’m not your personal shopper. Order online and pick it up”. Pretty appalled at this statement - a simple no we can’t do holds would suffice. Won’t be shopping here again!!

If I could give a zero star feedback I would. I was mistreated by the supposedly Supervisor of the store on 5/16/2025 at 8:15 PM, as I’ve asked to have my daughter use the fitting room to try a few clothes but the fitting room was closed. Her response was that they had too many clothes to put back and they can’t allow more people to try things because that would give them more work at closing time. She even said that they don’t care if people buy new stuff as long as they don’t have the extra work. Avoid at all cost the store at: 4626 Kestrel Range Rd in Riverton Utah unless you want racist employees mistreat you. All the employees are a bunch of kids with no respect and could care less about customer service.

Went on Christmas Eve to find a dress (not many selections unfortunately but I get it's kinda out of season at the moment). Found a very cute one tho! Staff was nice and checkout was fast. Only complaint was literally just that there wasn't a lot of dress selections.

Not as inclusive as they claim and while yes it's great they have a lot of inventory but all of the racks were over packed and made it almost impossible to look at the actual size since all the hangers didn't show the correct size of the garment that was on it.

Big yikes, I would give zero stars if possible. Not only is the store disappointing, when checking out, we were left standing there for ten minutes while two associates were chatting to another customer with a return and the customer was searching for her receipt. It would have been nice to be acknowledged or even have the customer stand to the side while she was searching for her receipt. Why did two employees have to stand there helping while one checked her watch and looked around? Maybe call for back up or even have one of the two associates actually help us check out. As far as I saw there were multiple check stands and we were no where near to closing, just open another register.
We didn’t even get to check out we as left as soon as it was clear the associates would leave us hanging. Terrible, be wrong coming back :/

I just went to shop here with my family visiting from out of state and oh my gosh DO NOT come here. The manager Hannah Anderson is the rudest manager i have ever met including working retail myself. She seems more concerned with being rude to customers than the cleanliness of her store. Under her management, the store looks like it has been hit by a tornado and it is impossible to find what you need. I hope her superiors do a better job promoting next time so the store can return to an organized and friendly environment.

I stopped an associate to ask her opinion on something I was considering purchasing. Not only did she help with that, but she took me right up to the counter, helped me find what I needed in-store AND online. Awesome service!
