Came in for a rock chip repair and ended up getting tint as well because the prices are so good. Very friendly and quick service. I will come back.

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a rock chip repair. I show up for the appointment and they tell me they can’t work on it for another 3 hours. Very poor customer service. No phone call to let me know they were behind. They told me on the phone that the rock chip repair takes less than a hour. What good is an appointment with this company?? People make appointments because they don’t want to sit around all day wasting time at the their shop for a simple rock chip repair. The lady at the desk had no customer service skills. Very disappointed. I will not recommend them to any of my friends.

I am appalled that this company is in business. I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come to my home for a windshield replacement on my vehicle. Shortly after my scheduled time I received a text my appt had been cancelled. I called their shop to find out why they cancelled and they told that I had missed my appointment and very quickly reminded me of the non refundable deposit. I told the technician that my appointment was for them to come to my home not for me to go to their shop. He told me they didn’t have my address and they wouldn’t have been able to come to my home. I tried to remind him of the call I made to him when I scheduled my appointment but he would not let me speak and spoke over the top of me the entire time. I was extremely upset because the vehicle needed to be inspected and registered the following day. The only good thing that came out of this was he refunded me my "nonrefundable" deposit. However, in doing so he told me "to find someone else that would come to my home."

I had a great experience with Prime Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. Their pricing was very competitive, significantly lower than other shops in the area, and they had a $70 off promotion for February. The team was friendly, easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the process. The replacement was done in about two hours and they did a fantastic job with no air or water leaks at all. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass work.

I had a serious rock chip that had immediately begun to spread. I went to Prime Auto Glass, got right in and in 25 minutes my windshield was repaired. Great service at a good price.

Stopped here for a window tint and they did an amazing job and so many options for tints. The price is reasonable as well, and they had a $50 dollar off for january! And the staff were very nice. Highly reccomend

Went to Safelite to get a quote, and they wanted to charge me an arm and leg for a windshield repair. Went to these guys and they charged me 30% less, and did it in a fraction of the time. They calibrated my windshield and threw in a free rock chip repair for future reference. Definitely won my business.
