I take classes at this small local gym 4 to 6 times per week. The workouts are fun but are also challenging. The coaches/trainers are friendly, encouraging and provide feedback or recommend adjustments during the workouts. I like the variety of the workouts, the environment and the fellow members. The location and parking are convenient. Definitely recommend to others.

Love this place! Workouts are fun and the staff are encouraging, motivating and really care about you. No worries they're going to push so hard you hurt yourself, your safety is top priority. It's mostly women who workout here, but men are welcome.

RFBBC and it’s crew is way more than just a gym, it’s family! 80 workouts in and not looking to stop. Best coaches and staff around, always making it fun and pushing you. I’ve made so many friends here. 100% recommend RFBBC!!

Awful!!! I was trying to enjoy a much needed relaxation time over at the space and the walls were vibrating from the base of the music and I could literally sing along to the words it was so loud!! Very rude and inconsiderate to other businesses in the area!!! Please sweat a little quieter- some other neighboring business that are a place of healing.

I've only been going to fit body boot camp for a few weeks but I can tell you already I'm sold! It's been such a great experience. I enjoy going and even look forward to my workouts - a new experience for me. I like that it doesnt matter what level you are at, it can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be. And it's only 30 minute classes ? The coaches are all kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! So glad I took a chance and gave this gym a try!

They have Great personal trainers who are motivating, positive and make sure you’re doing everything correctly and not hurting yourself. It’s a place for both beginners and serious lifters. Not only that but the gym also offers challenges, personal nutrition and personal training. But what I love most about are the people or sense of community you get from group training. I totally recommend you try it out.

Riverton Fit Body is hands down the best place to workout! I have never enjoyed working out before but they make it so fun and they make you feel like part of the family from the moment you walk through the door!! Thanks to all of the coaches and staff for keeping me going and getting me motivated!!

Love this boot camp! The variety of workouts keeps me going and challenges me daily. They focus on hitting all of your muscles throughout the week. The people are awesome, like the good part of family?. Coaches are great about making sure your form is right and helping if there needs to be adjustments for any issues like sore shoulder or back. Great place!

Riverton FBBC is amazing! They have helped me so much in not just losing weight but getting stronger to help over come health issues. They are more than a gym! They treat you like family and will do anything to make sure you succeed!! They will always be my go to peeps!!

I'll start by saying that I have never enjoyed working out. I felt like I always spent way too much time trying to find the right equipment or waiting on someone to stop taking selfies on a free weight bench and move so I could work out. That completely changed when I tried out a New Year New You challenge being held by Riverton FBBC a few years back. I've been a member ever since. The workouts are fast so I can easily fit them into my day, but intense enough to make a difference. Nutrition was a difficult thing for me as well. All of the coaches are happy to help answer any questions I have about my diet or workout. The environment at the gym is very friendly and I look forward to my workouts and getting to hang out with my fit fam for a while after work.

I've been a member for over a year now and this place has taken fitness from an overwhelming, underperforming chore to something I actually WANT to do every day. The coaches take all the guesswork out of what to do and when to do it. They get to know your strengths and weaknesses to help you maximize your potential in a safe, balanced and personalized way. They truly are a gym that focuses on overall well-being, and everyone- staff and members- are friendly and completely non-judgemental.

I absolutely love RFBBC. The coaches are amazing to work with and very encouraging. It’s amazing how a 30min workout could be so rewarding. Come try it out you won’t regret it. Best gym I have ever joined.

Fun, safe place to work out - I love how helpful the coaches are and they all get to know you and your abilities and they push you within your limits! Love it- the 8 week challenge was awesome and I’ll ? be continuing my work outs there
