I’m really grateful to have someone like Sara at this branch. She is so helpful and incredibly kind. She assisted me with opening my first account and has been my go to person for any concerns or requests i have had. She is very genuine, easy to talk to, and super responsive. Thank you Sara !

I recently became a new member of security service credit union and am so appreciative for the time, attention, and knowledge that was shown by Sarah. The manager at the riverton branch. She truly went an above and beyond with her time and explaining of things and I’m super grateful!

Not enough can be written about the the persons that staff SSFCU, in the positive. Genuine caring is poured into the diligence of the interactions. These folks want the best for you, and ones monies.
Sarah, personally has gone well, and beyond; multitude as many other staffers that I have counted out dollar for dollar with in transactions.
These people are good people. Personal interactions are wholeheartedly forefront.

We've been members for many years and have always had great customer service. Recently I made some changes to my checking account and was charged an unnecessary fee. The manager personally called me to let me know she had reversed the charge before I even had a chance to call in and inquire. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We were able to arrange an appointment to make some changes to our accounts. Tiffany was sure to be there to engage with us while the paperwork was being processed. Uzby got the job done as always and is pleasant and helpful. The entire staff is great- always friendly and helpful. It’s so nice to do business there!
