Says they open at 5am yet when I went The two women inside just sat there and looked at me and didn’t take my order or acknowledge me in the drive thru.

25 mins in line with only one car ahead of us who got one small drink.. however this was the best caramel brûlée oatmilk latte ! YUM.. haha if you have time and have patience it’s a good location.. if you’re in a hurry def go to a different Starbucks <3 loved my drink here though. They made it great. Thx :)

We went here today and ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes with one car ahead. We only ordered two simple drinks; and it took them that long. Not to mention they did make the drinks wrong, but we didn’t have time to wait even longer. I ordered a gingerbread frappe and they gave me a caramel frappe with no coffee. I hope these guys figure it out because this was ridiculous

I really hate leaving a 1 star review, especially for Starbucks. I understand they are always busy and short staffed. But today, there was no service at all. I placed an online order ahead of time, and went in around 15:00. There were two baristas working. One was busy managing the front (only one customer in queue when I walked in) and the other one was having too much fun talking with the headset on (clearly not with a customer). I waited for nearly 20 minutes for an order that I placed in advance. Throughout this entire time, I attempted to ask the barista for an update several times. The one that was managing the front saw me and made eye contacts with me several times but she either walked away or turned her back on me every time I approached the counter. Around 15:18 two more customers walked in, and still neither one of them greeted any of us...... the store was messy with deliveries everywhere (understandable, as it's the holiday season). Floor was messy and tables were sticky (again, understandable cuz they were short staffed). BUT what was going on with no greetings, no service, and 30 minutes for an online order? Finally, the other lady stood by the counter for a solid minute to ask for help, that's when the girl finally said something. Holiday season can be tough, and people can get burnt out. But 30 minutes for an order pickup on a slow Thursday afternoon was too much.

I ordered and paid on the app before coming to get my drink. The order was estimated to be done at 5:11 PM. I came at 5:20 and could see the employees inside but they had already turned off many of the inside lights. I am not sure if they have an “open” sign, but, if so, it was turned off. Clearly they wanted customers to think they were closed. I drove to the drive-thru and I got the electronic message saying they were closed. I was a bit confused since they already accepted my order and had taken my money. I sat there for about 30 seconds when an employee came on and stated that they were sorry and they were open and that the closed message came on automatically because it hasn’t adjusted for daylight savings. ? They also didn’t make my order and I had to sit while they made the order that was ordered at 5 PM. The drinks were good but this just seemed lazy. Clearly they didn’t want to work. I can semi-understand if I am ordering something right before closing but not 1 hr before closing. This was pretty ridiculous.

They never put sleeves on my hot drink items. I don't know if it's laziness or corporate, but I feel that it's common sense and it comes across as very poor customer service.

i ordered to 3 coffees for my wife. they called my name but only two coffees were ready. the barista told me to wait. i waited and got the next coffee. after i got in the car i noticed the barista got my order wrong.... when i went back she blamed me saying i took the wrong coffee. i only took it because you called my name and told me it was ready. and they want me to tip for this!? lol star bucks should pay their workers a livable wage and stop asking me to tip. also there was only 3 workers there and there was a long line of cars waiting. hire more people.

I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha from doordash and this is what was in the bag. Like, seriously?! What even is this? If you look closely, the sticker is on the straw hole like it’s supposed to be. The bag was properly sealed, and was not even soaked. They literally sent this exactly how it’s pictured. Definitely nothing to do with my doordash delivery, all Starbucks smh
