They did incredible work on my car, they gave it back looking better than I when I dropped it off. I don’t even recognize my own car!! My 2016 Hyundai Elantra hasn’t looked this good since it’s been off the lot. They told me five days and they got the parts ordered and the labor done in five days and even helped with the rental car service! If you want top notch customer service and great communication this is the place to get body work done I promise! I have never written reviews before but this place got me too!

I had a car accident in my Ford and chose to have the dealership deal with the repairs because I thought it was a good idea to have a Ford company do repairs on a Ford vehicle. I could not have been more wrong. 6 months later after getting the repairs done (or lack thereof), and battling with my insurance company, I was able to get my insurance company to do the correct repairs at Fix Auto, which I found through a Google search. The moment Fix Auto got authorization, they were on top of it. Justin, the owner, took care of the claim for me, and almost on a daily basis, was communicating with me on the status of parts being ordered, delivered, and scheduling of the repairs. They were able to get it all done in a very timely manner, did a walk through with me showing me all the work that was completed, and even cleaned my car. I cannot thank Justin and his team at Fix Auto enough for a professional job well done. You've won a customer in me, and I will recommend anyone to you that is in need of auto repairs.

My car has been a magnet for getting hit this year and I have taken car to fix auto not once but twice this year and they have done an absolutely amazing job repairing it both times! They are extremely helpful, personable and are the best repair shop! Highly recommend!

I have a very expensive Mustang that needed some expensive repairs to the rear end. Not only did Fix Auto do an outstanding job getting the insurance company to pay for even the smallest things that were needed to restore it to the original condition, but they have also stood by their warranty 100%. Even for the smallest of things, they are easy to work with and they are always happy to jump in and get the job done right. Jim doesn’t make me call him, he is constantly keeping me up to date on the repair progress and timeline. I have used Fix Auto for three of my vehicle through the years, and I’ll continue to use them for long into the future. Hopefully, not too soon though!
