I had a quite an issue trying to come off of my Dad’s plan and starting my own that started with contacting T-mobile online. I had to come into the store and resolve it and while it took some time Maritza was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful that this issue made complicated was resolved and I’m now all set and ready to go. I highly recommend this store, staff is super friendly and are truly experts. Thank you so much!

Since T-Mobile bought sprint out, the service/customer service and employee knowledge had gone down. I switched phone carriers and paid for the phones I had with T-Mobile. After a few weeks T-Mobile locked on of my phones. It took two months of calling and going into stores to get the problem fixed. This location was the worst! The employee just stared off into oblivion as we spoke to him. He didn’t say anything after “I don’t know what to tell you.” What an idiot! Thanks for nothing!

Michelle tried to up-sale us more expensive phones, she lied and pretended about not having the lower value phones that we wanted in stock.There must be a commission to sell more expensive phones.Also she’s the only one that has a bad attitude. Everyone else there is kind and helpful and knowledgeable.I over heard her making a mistake in front of a customer and then blaming it on the customer service employee on the phone with her while she was being extremely antisocial and crude.

Made me purchase a phone case/ pay for the difference because they had sold me a wrong one and didnt want to order me the right one by saying they coulnt order it.

I couldn't figure out how to factory reset my kid's SyncUp watch without it being connected to the wireless network. The employee sat with me for hours helping me troubleshoot my problem until she finally figured it out. So grateful for her dedication to help me out!

Bam was bomb, easy to work with and fast. He got my screen protector on and told me of cracks and to go through insurance to fix the cracks. Awesome job

I really try not to leave negative reviews. However, I am hoping my bad experience will be helpful. This issue begin from inaccurate information on top of inaccurate information. I first spoke to agent to get and idea on canceling my service only because I get a little better coverage from another cellular provider. I was only given the porting pin needed to keep the number part of the process and nothing was mentioned on the process of unlocking the phones when you take it over to another cellular provider. Since the it been a nightmare. Went into the store twice first agent was not helpful at all and asked that I call into customers service to resolve the issue. The second agent was a lot more helpful. But really didn’t provide any solutions to unlocking the cell phone. It gone from 24hr to 48hr waiting to unlock the phone. My new cellular provider offer his phone so that I could call customer service which ended up being a whole new issue/nightmare. I didn’t feel like T-Mobile was that terrible cellular provider, until now. I understand you have to meet certain requirements to unlock the cellphone. However, if those requirements are met it shouldn’t be almost automatic. Not the case with T-Mobile you have to put in a ticket to resolve the issue and wait 48-72hrs for the issue to be resolved. T-Mobile has really drop the ball on this one. Good luck if you ever cancel your service.

Someone at this store sold me and my husband 2 smart watches on a promotion with adding cellular lines to the watches. The cellular never worked, we went back in for them to set it up correctly and they didn’t. We tried on our own, tried calling TMobile 611 ourselves, and no one has been able to help us get them to work. In addition, the promo the installment plans get with the cellular line makes it so that if we want to cancel the cellular because it’s not working, we have to pay off the full price of the device rather than the promo price. I feel this is rude of TMobile. If their product isn’t going to work and none of their employees know how to set it up, even when calling their corporate help line, they should wave the full price and accept that I’ve paid $30 a month for watch cellular plans that I couldn’t use for over a year and take that and put it towards the full price device.

Went in and was automatically greeted by Bam! He was so kind and helpful. Took his time explaining everything. Was so satisfied with how well he helped me out and how friendly he was! Best T-Mobile experience I’ve had so far! Bam is the GOAT !

I just left the store.. I was assisted by Balaam! His product knowledge and professionalism not only reached but exceeded anything I could have hoped for! If I was to start a business, I would look to steal Balaam form T-Mobile! Thanks for your service Balaam!!
