Called in looking for a unit that would fit our needs didn’t really know how much room we needed till Monte helped us out in person walked us through a few units and got us what we needed I really appreciate his excellent customer service definitely would recommend this location very clean units as well

Very inconvenient when trying to pay online. My code isn't working for my password and so when I click forgot password it sends a verification code to my email which is my username but when I type in the code it says it's account could not be found! It literally sent a verification code to my email...that's my email. I paid this last month online with the same difficult but finally got through...not this time. I don't want to have to call and pay over the phone every month and I'm not setting up auto pay. Make your pay portal easier to access and navigate. Other than that I have had no issues.

No stats! The worst customer service I’ve ever had when trying to get a refund of over $100 for boxes that were $32 less uhaul and the same quality. It’s been since the beginning of August and now the end of December and I keep getting “ignore and hope they go away” response.

Monte has always Been Grt 2 me,& gone the extra mile 4 me, & now Sam,has been Awsum also,& both printed me out sum receipts 4 my records,,& is supr nice & pleasant.I hope the snow doesn't fly 2 fast,& I hav been here a long time & probly still wil be 4 a long time 2 come Thanks again,RonBateman #89

Went in during their normal business hours (around 1pm) and they had a sign posted they're on break, be back at 3:30. Door locked and I wasted my time and gas to drive down there. Place is a joke.
