Customer service person at the front desk was very helpful. She was very friendly and polite. The truck was ready for pick up when I arrived.

Had a reservation at 2:30 tried to pick up they were closed but sitting at the desk they told me to use the app to pick up. The app was not helpful and took forever to verify. We did not choose a no contact pick up and were disappointed by the entire process.

Absolutely the greatest experience when we got there they did not have our truck but they found one for us at another location. I did not have a means to get there. Sierra offered to drive us which was absolutely above and beyond. She is amazing. It would have been easy to tell me tough luck and left me to my own devices to get there. They saved me an uber thanks. That young lady deserves a party raise.

Showed up for my rental, only to find it had been moved to another location 10 miles away. They put us behind schedule, and then not only charged me for the extra mileage, but also charged me for gas even though I filled it to where it was when I received it. When I did online check out, had to sit and wait around 10 min for approval when I was already behind. Won’t be using again.
