The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Last time I went in, they couldn’t open my file to print for me. I wished the gal that was doing it understood that you guys can’t open pages. The next day I came back with a different disk same thing but then they told me that they can’t open pages so I had to come back a third time. But they are courteous and helpful and I would recommend that Store to anybody.

Every employee is so nice in this store. I intentionally drove past the post office to come to this UPS store because I knew I would be treated kindly, even if I had a dumb question. That is the biggest reason I would recommend this store.

I had a horrible experience trying to ship a package with Bryson . He wanted to open my package and weigh and measure everything which I’ve never encountered being a UPS customer at the Draper location for ten years . This kid has no business working for your store and causing clients an inconvenience . He should be fired . I will go to my usual location in Draper where I am treated with respect and so are my packages .

I use the Riverton UPS store for lots of printing needs. Bryson is who I ask for. He knows what he is doing. Goes the extra mile and is very professional .
