i don’t write reviews, like ever and i cannot stress that enough lol i had the WORST experience i have ever had in my life at this location. i go to the post office a lot so TRUST when i say that i understand and empathize with the employees as someone who also works in customer service. the self serve machine was down so i patiently waited in line. when i tell the employee that
i need to ship a few things and before i could even finish my sentence he cut me off to say “well is it a QR code? we can’t do them right now” okay fair enough king! i had a label downloaded on my phone and asked if i could print it out here and he said they can’t print a label here? at the POST OFFICE ? before i could even answer that he says in the most condescending way possible “what you don’t have a printer?” OH ! okay so that’s how we’re gonna talk to people !🤠 he gave me instructions on how to go print it out at the nearby library and i went to do that and came back and got in line. got up to the counter and asked if they could tape the label on these packages. the lady said its UPS and can’t ship it here. okay fair enough! i asked if she could tape the label on my other package and i cannot make this up when i say she acted like that was the most annoying request she’s ever heard in her life. a survey popped up on the pin pad asking about my experience. i pressed the sad/angry face because GOD FORBID someone’s honest? now i don’t know how that survey directly affects the customers but my god she snatched that package from me and again in the most condescending tone she told me to have a good day. obviously effected by my HONEST experience i said “girl i was here earlier it’s not just you”. having a job in customer service sucks sometimes. it really does. but unfortunately that’s just the job.. sometimes you just gotta put a smile on your face, kill them with kindness and then talk shit about them to your friends later.

Staff is helpful in person at the location, but the delivery folks can't deliver things to parcel boxes accurately to save their lives. Items have been lost 4-5 times in 2 years. Other neighbors also complain frequently. Manager says it is a common occurrence. Maddening.

I do bulk mailers that I send out weekly. Chris and LJ, among others at this location are great to work with. I have no complaints. I really love this branch

Why is shipping with USPS such a headache? You can’t print labels here, came back with a printed label and they couldn’t scan it? Oh and they also want to charge you $5 to tape up your return package. USPS is years behind FedEx and UPS.

Why does anyone use the USPS anymore?? Awful service, tracking doesn’t work, nothing delivered on time. No one these knows anything or cares at all.
