“My grandkids had a lot of fun here. So many fun things to do. I recommend using kids club where you can get a free access to about 30 different fun parks. But out of all the different fun parks. This is one of the funnest parks out there”

“This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The inside gives you a rustic barn feel which is exactly what I wanted. It also has a U shaped balcony that you can take advantage of to add an outdoor element to your reception as well as add more space for people to go. The decorations that they have provided for you at the venue were so convenient and made it easier to not have to lug boxes upon boxes to and from the venue. The Lodge staff are beyond helpful! They were the sweetest to work with and so willing to help in any way they could. They also are so willing to be flexible when it comes to food you want to provide at your reception. They will let you bring in homemade treats to serve to guests which not many venues let you do. The Lodge helped my dream reception come to life and I’m so grateful!”

Rita and Joi were incredible from start to finish. They were so kind, helpful, organized, and easy to work with, which made the entire planning process feel seamless. Their warmth and attention to detail made such a difference, and we felt so well taken care of.
We also worked with their preferred bartender, Jen, and she was fantastic. She was professional, friendly, and helped make the bar experience smooth and enjoyable for our guests. Having someone so experienced and easy to work with added another layer of ease to the event.

“The staff exceeded my expectations. The rooms were nicer than the other brands where I have high status and I usally stay at. The Hyatt Place gave me all the amenities of comfort, a bar, a resturant open and convenient, nice work areas, clean easy room, great parking and location. Its been a while since I stayed at at Hyatt and each time, I ask why I do not look to them first. I'll fix that. FYI, its very close to shopping and resturants, but we found the dinner at the hotel good, well priced and oh so convenient”

“Great movie theater for handicapped seating when with someone who didnt want to go up the stairs. The service was just so & so. We didnt buy tickets online but came in & bought them from a cashier. He mumbled the direction for the movie...I didnt quite hear it. He didnt seem very friendly or that he liked people or his job. Then we made a dash out to eat dinner. Came back in a rush (at least for 2 seniors & 1 with a cane) and couldn't find anyone to tell us which side of the theater our movie was at. So we went to the wrong side first and then came back to other side & it was at the very very end of a long hallway. That part was difficult for hip pain & my sis with a cane...but would have been less annoying if we had been given clearer instructions at the beginning which made us walk even more...not that walking is a bad thing...but there was also a time crunch. We made it just minutes before the actual movie started & previews were done.”

“Stayed here for one night with the wife. Booked it on our drive home. We knew we weren't getting in town until close to 9pm and wanted the convenience of an on site restaurant to get something to eat. Got in around 8:50 and checked in. Came back down around 9:05 to go to their restaurant that states on the website it doesn't close until 10pm and we were told it closed at 9. Disappointed in that as it was a factor in our decision for the hotel. Ended up paying nearly $50 to get one meal delivered to the hotel to split. In the room, everything looked great, but I went to go wipe my hands on the hanging towel after washing them and the cloth had tiny hairs all over it like someone shaved and dried their face, but didn't remove the towel. My guess is housekeeping figured it wasn't used, so didn't change it. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great. Around midnight we were woken up to screaming teenagers one room over and loud banging. My wife called the front desk and she was informed that a family did just arrive and they should be settling down soon, but they would walk by in a bit to make sure they do. The gentleman was really friendly with her and they did settle down. Breakfast was decent, we appreciated the organic tea options the most. Our suggestions to hotel management and staff, please update the site information for the on site restaurant. Ensure towels are always changed even if appeared to be unused and if checking in a family next to other hotel guests at midnight is unavoidable, tell the incoming guests when quiet time started. If possible, I wouldn't place incoming guests at that time directly next to guests that checked in already and are only there for one night. We understand the hotel may have been booked up and this was unavoidable. All in all, we would stay again when in town and felt it was a fair price for the amenities in the hotel.”
“I was searching for these 2 micro minifigure, statuette, one dot, plain guys to go at the top of my Eiffel Tower. They not only knew what I was talking about, they had some in two different colors! It was exactly what I wanted and the gentleman was very kind and helpful! 100% recommend this place!”
