They took/lost or broke my Hub cap and are lying about it. Look I know it’s just a hub cap, and honestly if they would have said they broke it or lost it I probably would have let it go, but it’s the lying that really bugs me. I know what I had when I brought it in. It’s my car I drive it everyday. I would have noticed it missing. Just own up to your problems and mistakes instead of telling me I’m wrong and doing nothing.

I got there without an appointment and several people gave me mixed advice on how to get my new tires. After waiting for three hours I got my car back. Only to have two low pressure tires that night. I work at night, so you can imagine my frustration wanting to go home at 4:30am and seeing I couldn't drive home due to the tires.

Unfortunately not possible to give negative stars. Sat in my car for an HOUR because they told me to wait to be checked in for an oil change. The only car waiting, no one even bothered to come talk to me. Too busy playing around and joking about in the shop.

I've purchased several sets of tires from here, however the last time will be the last. Twice the Incompetent technicians forgot to put back some of the lug nut covers on my wheels. I went back and I asked them to look around for them and they half fast looked and told me sorry that they couldn't find them. I asked for the store manager and got the assistant store manager. I discussed the matter with him and showed him a receipt on my phone that just a few minutes prior I purchased the covers from E-bay for a measly 6 bucks. I asked to be reinversed. The assistant store manager told me I needed to bring in a printed receipt before he could help me be reinversed. So pathetic a store manager can' t take care of a problem his tire center created. To make me dive 5 miles to print out a measly 6 dollar receipt to get paid. There is a lot of great and Competent tire centers that are close by that would deliver a much better service. Dealing with the management and technicians at this Walmart is like dealing with children.

I’d give zero of possible. Worst tire center ever. 2 hrs to do a flat repair that should have only taken 15 min. The tech said 30 min and after 2hrs is absolutely absurd. I was the only vehicle there. After which three others came and went before me.

So slow! Ive been 3 times in the last 2 months. Takes them 30 - 40 min just to check your car in! One time zero cars in the bays, 4 guys just standing around chatting it up, while I sit and wait for the only lady that can check you in.. ?! Always a few guys doing nothing, while cars waited to be checked in. They can never make the iPad work for the check in and its 10 minutes of waiting for them to get it to work. Clueless and unaware Management This isn't a employee issues, it management. I'd avoid if you can!

Every time I go to do maintenance on my car I feel safe and reliable. I thank Mr. Renan who recommended that I install my tires with a road hazzard warranty, I greatly appreciate the attention of everyone in the shop.

Got my car's oil change for a great price. It took about 1.5 hours, 30 minutes longer than I thought it would. The benches in their service center were awful. If you go planning to spend some time looking around in Walmart and the surrounding stores, it won't be too bad.

Hmmmmmmmmm. I went in around 11AM for a battery replacement (battery was pulling 8 volts so obviously a dead one) Was quoted 2 1/2 hours because they have to verify due to the warranty. Came back around 1:30 PM and the car was in the service center with the hood open. Went and asked the status and was told another 30 minutes……nobody was working on it that whole time?Finally got out of there around 3:30.FOUR AND A HALF HOURS TO REPLACE A CAR BATTERY?!? I've taken in my vehicle twice now, to fix a slow leak on my tires. Both times I was waiting for several hours just to get my vehicle fixed, and to this day my slow leak has not been fixed. I have the road hazard warranty and each and every single time, I spend a good half hour trying to get them to find my information despite me having the paperwork in hand.Service: Tires

Trash. Wouldn’t patch a tire I already pulled off the vehicle at 5 pm when they close at 7. 3 employees, the little kid told me they were leaving in 15 minutes and didn’t have time to do a ten minute patch.

I was just trying to see how long the wait time was in the tire shop. The call was rolled to a different department. The lady could barely understand me. She then said she cannot transfer to other departments. Called back and got electronic, tried to see if they could transfer me and was hung up on. Very unprofessional guys. Tire department needs to train other people about that department if different departments are answering for tire department!

Oil change took way longer than I expected. About almost 3hours. Weird, especially because I got there at 6:40AM to be the first in line. Guess even that didn't make a difference. When they were finally done, they didn't even reset the Oil light. Definitely don't recommend this place for Oil Change! Probably any other Walmart Auto place but not this one!Service: Oil change
