The worst walmart pickup in the valley, said the order was ready and it wasn't. Waited 55 mins with only a few waiting around me that served first. Unbelievable.

Dorene is an employee who threatened to call the cops on me and a friend when we were just trying to find a power cord. She said "don't be getting rowdy. - we've called the cops on kids before." when me and a friend were just talking. Dorene is a nuisance and I believe that she should not be in the service industry, as her presence is unwelcoming and intimidating. I will no longer be shopping at this establishment as long as Dorene is employed, which I'm sure will not be long if she continues this behavior.

Store manager Lace was amazing! So helpful! She went out of her way to assist is with a return. Walmart needs more employees like Lace who are focused on customer service!! Thank you Lace!

Parking lot lights aren't working and had a driver nearly hit me while walking in the parking lot. Sure, driver was an idiot but being able to easily see pedestrians and other obstacles as well as where you are walking is equally important and a major safety issue on the part of Walmart.

I used to be a regular customer. Now that I'm not, it seems like there's always an issue with this Walmart. The Management team likes to close early, so don't trust the hours posted.

I don't keep receipts anymore bc there is an electronic record of every purchase I make. I bought groceries and put them in a reusable bag like I always do and was stopped when I tried to leave and asked for my receipt. I said I threw it away but I have the app but it wouldn't load because reception there is terrible. So she made me go dig through the trash for it. Yeah.... Definitely not going back.

went to do oil change for my car Brethny overfiled the oil. went bad she told me she cannot take off extra oil because their policy. she tried to find justifications as the oil expand the oil did not go through all parts of the engine . i hate people when lie . she was not honnest.also i talked to another customer he told me that they did not tight his oil filter and that he lost a lot of oil.DO NOT DO OIL CHANGE THEIR .you will ruin your car

I am really disappointed by the horrible customer service I continually receive. I would not recommend getting orders delivered, ever! I order from the Riverton Walmart and they continually screw up and deliver my order to the wrong house. To make things even worse, their drivers will not answer their phones and customer service will only refund you and tell you to reorder. Bigger problem, they are continually out of stock which makes it impossible to reorder what you need. Don't bother calling in because all they will tell you is that they can't help. Doesn't help when you have theifs for neighbors who won't return your groceries to you either!!!!

Darn another Walmart fail! Went in for a basic size CR1632 3v battery yiu know, the flat round ones for garage door opener, key fobs etc. the didn't have on the battery display up front so I went to the second display clear back in automotive nope-- very sparse display SO what's a girl to do.... Of course right their in the stupid store I pulled up my handy dandy AMAZON app order it and it was delivered within the next couple hours or lessShould have saved myself a trip and a lot of time‼
