I sat in the drive thru for over 30 min... I finally called the branch to see if anyone was working the drive through and she said they were behind because of COVID.... it's 2021 you should have figured it out by now. Done

I used to be a customer with Wells Fargo years ago and I had issues back then so I can them and this type of treatment is why I left.. Today I had a check that was issued by my company, who banks at Wells Fargo, so it had Wells Fargo written on it. I went to the drive-thru to cash it and they told me I had to come inside with two forms of ID. no sweat, I go inside they take my ID's and my fingerprint, I wait for the system to load and then the teller informs me that it would cost $7.50 for me to cash their check at their Bank. I asked him if it would cost that much if I went to my bank he said no needless to say I went to my bank and I will continue to avoid Wells Fargo. Side note, I could tell the teller was very uncomfortable having to tell me this. Good companys do not place their employees in a position that makes them feel embarrassed for their company. I hope this review was worth $7.50 that they didn't get it from me.

With everything happening at Wells Fargo. I decided to stay. I recently moved and the riverton branch was the one closest to me. I had to go in and make some account changes. I was politely greeted by Jew Eun Lee. She was absolutely great. Very understanding about the needs I needed. As I was waiting I can hear another bank teller calling a client saying they would refund some of the overdrafts fees. So back to me, she not only helped me but she also asked if I needed to update my address on my account and more. She was great very friendly and said for us to come back if we need anything. Great job Wells Fargo stepping up your game.

Hours listed are wrong. Closes at 5:00 Monday-Thursday. They were locking the door as we pulled into the parking lot. Wish I had known before driving all the way out here. Need a branch located farther west.

Absolutely love Wells Fargo! They always take good care of me, and are willing to help anytime I have a question or concern with my accounts. Great place to bank!

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years. I have been to several branches throughout the valley and so its not hard to a good one vs a bad one. This is a good location. I was in and out in no time at all. The service was friendly and fast. With regard with the things you need to do at the bank, there isnt much more you look for than that.
