When we talked in a gentleman sitting at a cubicle offered us help, we told him we needed something notarized and he told us without being a client and no appointment, he couldn’t help us. He sat down and put his headphones in. As we were waiting for our other employer to finish his business Tracy walks over and asks if we need help. She told us sometimes we need appointments since we don’t have an acct however since she’s not busy, she was more than happy to help us. I’ve never had a Wells Fargo acct but if they’re all like Tracy I’m going to. She was absolutely exceptional and got us taken care of in the time we waited. 5 stars for Tracy for sure. She was sweet, efficient, & knowledgeable.

Honestly impressed. I came in and they were slammed but I watched them touch base with everyone in line, including me. Heather was a rock star and took the time to answer all of my questions and just went above and beyond in every regard. If you haven't been to this location already, i would recommend it. I was so grateful for my experience here!

Trash bank. 2 greeters. 5 “bankers”, 1 teller, managers and 11 people in line. Only the teller was working with someone.They finally got an extra teller out to help some white folks who were having a very openly racist conversation near the back of the line, ahead of myself and other poc who were waiting ahead of them.

I hate having to go to this location. The tellers are great, but the manager seems indifferent to customers and it is horribly understaffed, That or the staff has better things to do than help customers up front. I actively avoid this branch when possible because there's usually a line and I've never seen more than one teller up front at a time. Unfortunately I don't have the option of using the drive through to conduct my business, although other branches do allow it, this one does not. Everytime I come in I remember why I don't use this branch. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of the adorable, friendly and overworked teller. She's a delight.

Have called this branch multiple times when I've been able unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone at the branch near me. They have gone above and beyond to get me the right contact info, to communicate throughout the process, and to follow up. Great service! Thanks for answering the phone!
