Absolutely garbage customer service. My internet usage doubled and I was on the phone with them for 6 hours for them to tell me absolutely nothing and transfer me 15+ times. Nothing got resolved and an entire day was wasted.

I DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO A ROBOT!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON ? Getting ahold of an actual person takes an act of congress. Glad I left Xfinity and went to Google.

If I could leave zero stars I would, walked in needing to trade in a phone I had already talked to customer service and they sent me in…the guy working first of all active annoyed when I asked if they had phones in store (it was a smaller store so I wasn’t sure) then when I explained my situation he rolled his eyes and made it very clear he didn’t want to help me. I’ve never been treated so rudely over something that should’ve been simple for him to do.
Went to the Draper Xfinity store, was greeted promptly and Zach was able to help me with my problem in a matter of minutes. No annoyance and was super helpful (go Draper)
Even if he wasn’t able to help me a simple explanation was all that was necessary leave your eye rolls at home your being paid to be in a customer service job. If I were Xfinity I’d be embarrassed to have someone so rude representing your company.

I went to this store to cancel the internet service on 8/25/24. I returned the equipment, paid the bill, and canceled it. I asked to make sure that the service was canceled. The clerk said it was. Today, 9/11/24, I got a bill saying I owed even though I stopped using. I called customer service, and they are saying there no notes are saying that I canceled it. Since I called today, it will be canceled, but I still have to pay some extra bills. I will NEVER use Comcast and Xfinity again.

I have a 5g phone and pay for 5g service. The reps couldn't help me at all. They do not know what they are talking about and have really no knowledge about the questions I had. Below is the result of my entire family paying +$10k for the last 3 years for this service. They have been dooping my families service this entire time. Once I told my family what was going on and how to check if their phones are doing the same thing. They couldn't believe it either. I switched to Verizon the next 5minutes due to their lack of help.

Horrible internet is lags and I can never get ahold of a real person... my bill was $50 something. Out of no where my bill goes to $150.

I would recommend anyone else if you live in the Daybreak area we’ve experienced an outage once every week I wish I was being dramatic. I’m not. it’s real. fix it xfinity.

After 3 failed attempts at trying to sign up for Xfinity over the phone with each rep telling us there's a different issue that's preventing us from signing up.
I went straight here to my local Xfinity store and worked with Max the assistant manager. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and surprisingly was even able to get me a better deal than any of the other previous reps I spoke to over the phone.
With his honest demeanor and willingness to help us out any way possible. He was even able to convince me to transfer over 1 of my Verizon Wireless lines over to Xfinity Mobile to try out. ?
Transferring the line over was so easy that it was done with 15 minutes.

Takes way too long to be helped here, employees don't seem knowledgeable. Half the time they don't have the right phones in stock. My phone is brand new and can't call my son's phone on the same plan, their only solution is for me to buy 2 new phones.

MAY 6th. 2024 12:40 PMHe told me I have to take my phone to a apple store to get fixed!!! I went home and figured out the problem my self in 30 minutes. I am 69 years old and not a computer guy, if you are not buying something new , he doesn't want to help.Do not know his name.He differently thinks he is a know it all and wont ask anyone else in there for help1 star is being generous.Ron in Herriman

Ridiculous. I live in Tooele, so this is the closest location, almost an hour away. And they told me I had to call to get the wifi booster shipped to us, so I call and they say they don’t ship anymore and that I have to pick up in a retail store. Already paying for it, and can’t even seem to receive it. Xfinity loves to make their customers do the run around, I can’t wait for my plan to be over. Shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops to just have the wifi I pay for work
