Do NOT use Xfinity! We gladly made the switch to Google fiber after Xfinity continued to gouge prices for their slow internet with various blackouts. Canceled service and returned equipment back in September. They continued to charge me and I had to return 3 different times for them to create 3 different cases and deal with their horrible customer service center. The call center created 2 additional cases only to be met with automated replies. We’re still awaiting a refund?

Customer service is terrible. Employees don’t know how to do their job. A guy in this store created an additional account for me by mistake, I got billed for two months even tho I didn’t receive any service. I’ve been to the store more than 5 times in the last 3 months and they still haven’t been able to give me back my money. They lie to your face and then do whatever they want and when you get mad they just laugh to your face.

The store is great, employees here are amazing , negative reviews are overall for the company itself but employees have always taken good care of me here, I recommend coming rather than calling in!! You will feel welcomed !

Xfinity mobile was super fast and it’s inexpensive! Literally cheaper than any other service I have ever had. 10/10 recommend! Staff super friendly and understanding and made the whole process super easy. Thank you Xfinity!!

I tried exchanging a pod twice in this store, Xfinity told me to take it into the local store.The first time I tried exchanging at the Riverton location they told me I could only do it online. After going online and them telling me to take it to the store. I returned to the riverton store and they told me their system was down and they couldn’t do anything for me and made me drive to the Draper location. I would stay away from the Riverton location terrible customer service.

The employees were very helpful when I could not figure out an issue with my internet. Aiden was super informative and helpful, if you ever need help with your account go to Aiden!

I'm not sure why there are a bunch of negative comments on here. My experience was great!! My problem was quickly handled by Aiden the manager. I went in and he saved me money by looking at my account and suggesting a change. I felt like I was cared about as a customer. Will be back!

Only star I am giving is because the people who work there are pleasant and easy to work with. But the internet service is absolutely horrible. I am consistently bumped out of my internet and have to do a hard reset at least 3-4 times a day. My girlfriend works from home and gets kicked off multiple times each week. You would think that one of the higher plans would get more consistent internet but guess not. I had to turn off my Wi-Fi to type this because, who would have guessed it, the internet is down again. Hopefully fiber optic comes sooner than later to the area because once that happens, we’re done with Xfinity.

They’re absolutely no help. There’s no direct number to call the store and inquire about anything. Customer service isn’t great. Their bill pay ability is always down, and you can’t call in without hours of wait time and going in circles. It’s ridiculous. Take care of your customers. You’re going to lose everyone to Google fiber. I wish i could rate this ZERO stars.

Xfinity has thee worst customer service. Although, I never went into the store, it’s the only way I can leave a review. I’ve been with xfinity since 2018, never had an issue besides my bill starting at $25 a month for internet to now $90 for 200 mbs. I recently changed my auto payment in June to a different date. Besides the fact I changed the date, they still took it out of account on the original date. It was whatever at that point. But then they still charged me 6 days later for another $90. You can’t call a number, can only chat with someone. First red flag….the guy + supervisor assured me it would be refunded back into my account within 24 hours. Never hit my account. Waited two days, nothing. I reached again. Said that it wasn’t possible to issue a refund back that quickly and it would take several business days. She told me give a day and it had been issued. It was the holiday so I waited until after the holiday, nothing. Reached out AGAIN, they told me, it will be in your account 2-3 days. I gave it until today. I reached out and was told “your refund was denied and was put towards your next billing cycle. I understand it’s upsetting to have your money REFUSED back to you” livid! This is now a supervisor I spoke with. Xfinity is the most shady company. I cancelled my service effective 7/15 and have gone to century link. I can get 950 mbs for $70. Goodbye xfinity.

Went into the store to return my equipment I got from them after canceling my plan. Waited 30 min and then got told it would be another 30 min because they were more busy than usual. One of the employees was actually busy but the other employee seemed like he was just wasting time talking. Ended up leaving without returning the equipment and will try a different location.

Was told my bill would be $80 a month for my wife and I’ve payed $80 2 times every other month they find some “one time fee” to make my bill higher 100% would not recommend this service

Personally, had a really great experience here. I showed up on a Friday after closing…they didn’t have to take me in, but they decided to anyway. Ethan and his coworker helped me finish everything I needed to do. They were great to talk to you and extremely friendly. Thanks guys!

Pretty sad when your internet company has their door locked and a sign that says internet is down come back later.
