We just wanted to turn on our card alerts so we could get a text whenever I or my husband used the debit card for budget reasons. Turns out it’s not exactly an option even tho the website has it as one. We called. Went into the branch. Two different ones, even. Registered 15 times, was sent a code to activate card alerts a dozen times and they didn’t even work. Too much headache and back and forth. It needs to be a push of a button. So frustrating. This shouldn’t be complicated whatsoever and we may just be switching to a bank that has things like this figured out. Good grief.

Lobby closed.. can’t do a debit card through the drive thru.. can’t the cash I need at the drive thru.. something seems fishy with zions bank lately?? They are all like this.

RUDE employees. I came to cash a check because it was too large for my normal bank and there would have been a hold, the guy at the window with the glasses & weird hat was rude & snarky right from the start. Bad day? Take a deep breath rather than being rude to people for no reason, or maybe find a job that’s not customer service

Every time your here to make a transaction through the window, expect 15 to 20 minutes. They are on another level when it comes to slow.

I don't know if this is the same all branches but the North Salt Lake branch is going to be desired their employees turnover like they don't want to be there they're never happy and they take forever to process simple deposit but like I said I don't know if all branches are like that so it's just a review for this one branch

I have been sitting here for over 20 minutes was the second car in line and they ignored me until every other car was gone the man in the glasses is very rude. Will not be returning to this location. The only good worker I’ve noticed here is the brunette

In todays market it is difficult to find a bank that will work with small business. I have found great success working with the manager down to the counter agents.

Really need to train the employees better. I've had so many problems with the branch. I've gone through the drive thru and deposited checks and they didn't do the amount correct and shorted me 600. I also deposit my husband's checks and do a transfer so the funds are available right away instead of next day and have been doing this every week for years at this same location. And now they tell me the policy changed and I said "since last friday" and then the changed and said it was fraud... I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do that when the account has his name on it. This branch is a total joke.

Every experience in the drive thru or over the phone involves a long wait time. The lack of efficiency is beyond frustrating. This is the reason so many members are leaving and going to credit unions. You need to fix this!!!!!
