“Fantastic service with a smile! I had the best of care while finding the parts I needed for my company truck. The manager and associates could not have been more knowledgeable, nor professional.The store is so cleaned and organized it was like walking into a hospital! I was dismayed to find they have only the store manager, who was insanely busy helping customers and directing employees.I wanted to set up a commercial account but decided against it as the Roosevelt Utah store would not be able to meet our needs without a commercial manager & being severly understaffed. They don't even have an assistant manager.However, to be fair. The existing staff, despite its severly limited numbers, was able to assist with our every need.”

“These people are GREAT! Had to get brakes and Rotors for my truck, there the only place in Roosevelt that had em! Oriely said go to Vernal! So did Auto Zone! Then I ended up not needing rear parts and fluid, they refunded me me no questions asked! We have been there numerous times and they have MORE THAN HELPED! And can do more than auto zone or oriely and with better equipment! Check em out! And prices are very competitive!”

“I went to NAPA today for what should've been an easy battery purchase and swap but due to major corrosion on the terminals and wiring it all went down hill quickly. Parker came out and looked at the issues and knew right away what I needed to fix it. Not only that, he did all the work which involved cutting wires and bolting everything back in place so that I could be on my way. In today's world you just don't see people going out of their way to help people the way Parker did. Great customer service and knowledge and help that will never be forgotten.”

“I had bought a new truck from another dealership. Had a mechanical failure with my new engine. I had the vehicle towed to L&L motor for the warranty work to be done, they were great! They kept me notified of all updates the entire time they had my baby. My wife and I both drive new ford vehicles, however the next time we buy our new vehicles we will use L&L motor for sure!
