Horrible. Do not go here. I was previously a customer for Kevin and Chay from 2015 to 2023. They refuse to help or answer the phones for issues. I have tried working with them to no avail. They've even refused to cancel my renters insurance and ATV insurance after my divorce forcing me to pay an additional $200 that I can't get back. Three months later and I am still trying to cancel my renters insurance. Each time I contact Travelers directly and am told its canceld some how Kevin or Chay call and have them continue it. Even my new insurance guy is frustrated with their failure as he has tried repeatedly to have them cancel it. Crooks. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars but I have to put at least 1 star to post.

We LOVE 1 Stop Shop Insurance. They are always there to help. All I have to do is call and I am taken care if. Very quick to respond if we have questions.they are great to work with. If you are looking this is the place!

I have been using One Stop for our insurance needs for about 3 years now. Things have gone well. Love that they do the hard work for us. They have found us excellent rates. Chay has always been very responsive.

Worst insurance experience of my life. You know if the employess are the only ones leaving good google reviews there is a problem. I have been having issues for over a year finally cancelled and within 2 days all my issues were resolved by another broker.

Terrible company. Cancelled insurance in March and the former insurance company took 2 more payments, one after they sent us a cancellation notice. So frustrated if this is who they represent I don't recommend and if you read the reviews this seems to be a common theme

Had a good experience with agent when I needed help. But then I switched to a different company for a lower rate 4 months ago and still have not received a refund for my policy. They just keep telling me the check is in the mail.

Irresponsible and worthless agent Rick Rupe needs a new profession. My life is an insurance hell because of him. I keep getting collection notices for properties I don't own. I think I was even duped into paying hundreds of dollar for insurance, when I wasn't even actually covered.Tried to cancel insurance several times (meanwhile, still charged for coverage) was sent to collections for not paying (after I had confirmation of cancellation) and was auto-renewed (without my consent) for a policy on a property I don't even own! I am still getting different collection notices for several policies under Rick Rupe for Traveler's Insurance 6months after selling my home. This is an insurance and collections nightmare. Everytime I speak with Rick, he assures me everything is paid in full and that I shouldn't get any more notices. Weeks later, I receive a bill in the mail :( Rick doesn't have the competency to fix this problem, so I am jumping through hoops to solve this on my own. Please avoid Rick and Once Stop Shop Insurance. You will be happier with someone else--any one but Rick!!

Great company! I called to get a cheaper rate on auto/ renters insurance and Kevin & Rick were very knowledgeable and got me a great rate! Pleased with the service and every time they even need something as long as I've gotten it in it's taken care of.I forgot to send a voided check the setup my auto pay at one point and had 2 to 3 months of bills. nightmare. But it was figured out pretty well and I'm happy with it.
