Last night this store # 857 had no problem leaving me stranded, ended up getting towed, back to Brigham, I will never shop AutoZone again, and I encourage people to shop elsewhere! O'Reilly was across the street and they were ready to replace my battery due to it smoking and smelling like rotten eggs but I informed them that the batteries were AutoZone and only a couple weeks old, and yes I had AutoZone also check my alternator at time of purchase of batteries,

I asked a kid there what the difference between two set of front brake pads was. I already read everything I could find on their website but couldn't really tell. He looked at the information on his screen and started reading what I had already read. I told him, "You don't know, do you?" and he said, "No." so i just bought what I already knew and went on my merry way.Overall I still trust the parts I receive from Autozone and will continue to do business with them after I do my own research.Duralast Gold Brake Pads are great and have a lifetime warranty!

Staff was all rude as hell and acting like they didn't want to be there. Felt depressing and like they hated me lol. I'll avoid and go to a different shop for simple parts.

Very friendly folks that work here. They've helped me read several codes from my car that's been acting up and gave us a nice printout stating what's wrong with it!

Went to replace my front light and Makaylee hall the store manager was amazing she took the time to help us replace it. She helped us rather than just selling and sending us on our way.. highly recommend her and will always go back.

I left my vehicle lights on and killed my battery ?♀️ I couldn't find the positive and negative signs on the battery of the car battery I was using to jump my vehicle. I called up AutoZone location and I couldn't believe it! McKaylee showed up to my house to help me out! She stayed and made sure I was able to get my vehicle started and got going. That is one amazing person right there! I can't thank you enough for all your help!

I went to replace my windshield wipers. We all know that can b a difficult endeavor! Makeylee (manager) noticed I was stumbling and jumped right into help!! Great effort w a smile. Thank You Auto Zone store manager for helping!!

I needed help with figuring out if I needed back or front breaks of my car. Flynn went outside and helped us check the brakes. He was thorough and very kind! One of the best and auto zone needs to value him since he knows how to make sure customer gets the right parts. Thanks!
