I should have written this review a few years ago when I first started going to this company, but today's service was truly above and beyond. I picked this place initially because they were close to me and I had a blown tire. I've now been going to them for several years. They do more than just tires, and I also get my car's registration and oil done here as well.
They are always friendly, quick, give me options when there are various prices for things, and don't try to upsell me on unnecessary things. I'm also used to being talked down to because I am the stereotypical woman who truly doesn't know much about cars, but they are always professional and kind (even when I wore my breaks down to the metal and they talked to me about how dangerous that was.)
Today in particular I went in because my tire air valve was faulty (I did not know this- just that my tire was leaking.) They open at 8 and I had to be at work at 9, and they fit me in without me asking if they could make an exception. They replaced the valve and also checked the air on my other tires, and then told me I was free to go. This was so beyond helpful and more than I hoped for, and it's truly indicative of the experience I always get when I go there.

Taken my cars here a couple times. They have been able to get me in next day when other places were booked out all week. This most recent repair was half the cost of what the dealership quoted me, was done the same day I dropped it off. Issue was resolved, What more do you want from a shop?

My daughter in law took my car here to get my tires balanced. another place apparently didn’t balance them like they said they were very nice and professional and explained that they didn’t get balanced. I will be coming here from now on.

One of my tires had a small leak. I called them up and they squeezed me in. They had me fixed and out the door in 25 mins! I would recommend these folks!

Honesty and integrity in car repairs. Have worked with these guys for years now and thrown many unique problems at them. They have always been able to figure out what the best repair options would be for my individual case. I’ve been taking my work and personal vehicles to C&M for well over 20 years. I have always been treated fair, from minor to major repairs Craig and Joel are able to get the job done. They lay out all options and costs so you aren’t left wondering about your bill. I would highly recommend C&M for your mechanic and tire needs!
