Paid $12 they were out of soap for the car and no products. This is my second time experiencing the same thing. My car is still dirty.

I went in there to get drinks for myself and my family and Josh assisted me and was extremely rude and cold the entire interaction and acted like I was this big inconvenience. He had a poor attitude and does almost every time I go in. This last time was my final straw and his last chance. I won’t be back. I’ll drive further to a different gas station just to avoid giving them business. Sad how 1 employee can ruin it all.

I always buy Chevron gas. Last Saturday I needed a carwash. The pump does not tell the price of each wash but I bought one anyway. First time using their carwash. It was horrible. The smell of the water was gross and my car did not come clean at all not one bit was clean and my back window ended up spotted. For the price I paid I should have gone to Mister on 17th or the one on Midland and 4000. At least my car would have been a whole lot cleaner for basically the same price. I will never use that carwash again it is a joke.

Signs posted outside clearly say "face mask required." Walked in to find 1 employee and several customers with no face coverings. We are in a pandemic. This location does not care about your family or your safety.

Have been a customer of this location for 35 years, the service and treatment has gone downhill over the last few years, not to mention the prices are about 20-30 % higher than the next store. They have lost a longtime customer over poor treatment, I guess the 3-500 dollars a month spent there is irrelevant to management.

My mom and I went into this Chevron for the Subway shop inside. I immediately noticed that 3 of the Chevron employees had their masks on below their noses. What’s the point of wearing a mask if it’s not covering your nose? There is no point. With Covid cases STILL rising, it’s very disappointing to see others, especially in the service industry, not taking the proper precautions. I work with the public as well, and have to wear a mask all day just like them. I do it because it’s the law, and because I care about others. I also live practically across the street from this one, but I’ll be going to a further location, if at all, from now on.
