Jordon, the pharmacist (red hair with a beard) is the most condescending passive aggressive person... I would hardly refer to him as a professional. He acted like I was a drug seeker- not even knowing my medical history. My doctor even called him to tell him that I was closely followed by him and to back off. Aside from him, the staff is great. HOWEVER, unless you call and tell them a specific time you want to pick up your medication or if you use the app, you can expect it to be a minimum of a day before it is filled. I have even gone to the doctor for an antibiotic, ran some errands and went to pick up my child then went to the pharmacy and they hadn't even started working on it. If it's an antibiotic... common sense says that should be somewhat of a priority. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

Everyone is nice but they keep turning on auto refills even when I tell them not to. I call or visit the location and have them turn it off, but it doesn't seem to work. I can't do it online either because "my pharmacy team set up this auto refill".

I have never had best experience at any CVS but it’s the main pharmacy my insurance covers sadly. I live across the street from this one but will drive farther because they are so rude here. I have to give them my insurance information every single time and they always say my birthday is wrong. It’s a hassle every time and a couple guys in particular are just rude and ignorant. I think they need some serious customer service training.

Erwin the store associate was very friendly and joyful. He was so willing to assist customers and ensure everyone was helped. It seems he goes above and beyond to help others which is very rare. I’m leaving this review to ensure this CVS store honors Erwin for his customer service.

This pharmacy often does not have my prescription in stock and they never tell me until I am completely out. They also have been SPAMMING me for surveys for the last 2 weeks. To top it off, just because they are open the latest doesn't mean jack. They are always understaffed and I easily wait at least 20-30 mins in line at a minimum every single time I need to pick up my medicine. It has been this way for as long as I know and if they dont have the people, they should reduce their hours to reflect that so I am not stuck waiting just to be told they dont have my medicine anyways. The idea that this buisness does not have the capability to support their staff and customers better than this is completely outrageous. Here is your review and thanks for helping me commit to finding a new pharmacy.

I love this CVS. People need to be more kind to the pharmacists and workers. It’s not their fault they’re short staffed.

Soon much better than Ogden CVS at 42nd & Harrison. They answer the phone quickly when you need to talk to them and picking up my prescription was fast and easy.

Came to pick up OTC medicine for my sick kid. Showed up a little after 9PM and the store was closed. On there website it says open till 10 and store hours are nowhere on the building.

I see so many angry people at the pharmacy. I don't think other customers realize that being short staffed can be difficult and frustrating for the employees. Despite long lines and rude customers, the pharmacists are always nice and answer my questions. I wish people were nicer to them because the way the pharmacy is ran is clearly not their fault. Better than a lot of the other pharmacies in the area.

If you’re looking for a quick efficient pharmacy please go to a different location. After my fiancé got her wisdom teeth out it took us about 30-45 minutes to get to the pharmacy just to find out they hadn’t even started the process, so we had to come back 30 minutes later. whist both visits took at least 20 minutes to even get to the window. complete incompetence at this location. please do not use unless you are fine with the bumps every visit.

So freaking slow at the pharmacy counter. Even when no one is at the drive up window and the line inside is out the queue, only one person is working the counter. Inevitably there is going to be at least one person with a problem in a line that long, but they rarely add a second cashier. I've also gone there numerous times during the posted hours only to find the store dark and locked. Prices keep going up and often they're not updated on the shelf making for an unpleasant surprise at (self)checkout. Switched to the Walgreens basically across the street, it's not perfect but sooo much better. Vote with your money.

Might need to get the phone system checked out. Waiting for over an hour for someone to pick up.
