Beautiful gym with lots of options. Parking is crazy but the gym is good.

I’ll start off with the things I like about this place:
THE EMPLOYEES
- The people who work here are very friendly.
THEIR HOURS
- They are open 24 hours.
There are many things about this place that have made my experience here less than optimal:
THE TEMPERATURE
- They keep this place so damn hot that within five minutes of running or 15 minutes of resistance training I am sweating like a pig.
THE LOCKER ROOMS
- If you think the main part of the gym is hot, wait until you step into the locker room; the idiot who designed this place thought it would be a good idea to put the saunas in the back of the locker room, thus making the locker room one giant sauna.
- On the men’s side, they have two stalls, and only two urinals, with one of them designed for a three-year-old. (Avoid having to use a stall at all costs; there’s nothing worse than sweating on the toilet.)
- They do not provide paper towels in the bathroom, just those horrible, germ-spreading air dryers. The paper towel dispenser in the area outside of the bathroom is nearly always empty.
WHAT THEY CHARGE
- They falsely advertise that they only charge $10 a month for their basic plan (their website advertises “as low as $9.99 per month” right at the top of their homepage, and nowhere on that page do they inform you that there is an annual fee, not even down below where they show you all the plans and their pricing) but when you factor in their ridiculous, deceptive, annual fee, you end up paying an average of about $16 a month., which is over 50% more. This is the very definition of FALSE ADVERTISING. (Look up the term BAIT AND SWITCH.)
- If you try to cancel your membership, they will mercilessly make you pay the annual fee before they will allow you to do so.
- They employ very deceptive practices in order to try and convince you to sign up. They will tell you that there is normally an enrollment fee of some amount (I think they initially told me $99) but they will see what they can do for you. After a minute of looking in the computer, they will tell you that they were able to drop it down to one dollar, just for you, if you sign up today.
- If you move to another city, such as from Ogden to Roy, they charge you $50 to transfer to the gym in your new area. I understand that they have to prevent people from abusing the basic plan by just switching gyms every month or two, but it seems like It would be more reasonable to allow people to switch for free once a year. (Or maybe more often than that if they provided proof of their new address.)

We signed up for personal training after being told we could cancel anytime, which was them tricking us. We only had 4 days to cancel in hindsight, and now we are paying $160 a month even though we aren't using it and they won't let us cancel the contract. EOS' management is full of deceitful, greedy scumbags. Do not go here!

I would give it lower than one star but it won’t allow me to. The people who “work” at the front desk are never to be found and if they are at the front desk they are always on their phones. Legitimately don’t know what they are even paid to do because they don’t contribute to anything. They are wannabe fitness influencers with bad attitudes and terrible people skills. Upon my 2nd week at this gym the guy at the front desk was cussing loudly while I was walking my young daughter into the child facility. He was laughing and cussing loudly with other employees. The women employees seem very professional but the men are very disrespectful

Great facility but price is all over the place. You can be charged $50-$30 and its always random. I couldn't find the time to go anymore because of working 2 jobs. So like anyone would have I cancelled my membership. Well even though i cancelled it they are still charging me 4 months later and saying i never cancelled it. This is very shady and crappy of them. I will be talking with my bank and claiming it as fraudulent charges. Rediculous.

BEWARE! SOMEONE AT THEIR COMPANY IS SHARING PAYMENT INFORMATION TO SET UP FRAUDULENT MEMBERSHIPS FOR FRIENDS. Unless you want your credit card information out there, I would not sign up with EOS. One of their employees is stealing payment account information and giving it out. This is what we were told my an EOS employee at the Roy Location. This let fraudulent charges to my daughter's credit card. When we asked for a refund, they deflected and said we would need to call their billing company. Their billing company would not give us a refund. Now, we're working with the police so we can get the $ refunded for the fraudulent charges. Don't you think they should have taken some ownership of the issue and helped us with get our money back? They didn't.. just kind of washed their hands of it. I would love to talk about this EOS, reach out if you want to. UPDATE: I reached out to management, they never responded, typical.

Gym was awesome but holy cow if you use someone's guest pass don't leave your phone number they called so many times even after I declined a membership. Great variety, well maintained equipment and nice staff.

Great gym, super busy though, but all the equipment I need and a pool, so I can train for races. I do have a hard time though when I see the personal trainers scrolling through their phone or texting when they should be paying attention to their client. the client is paying for their attention and help.

I started going to the gym again after recovering from surgery and 3 weeks of playing Fortnite and eating like my friends mom after Ramadan and the welcome back was awesome I walk in and the girl asked me “are you getting off work” and I’m like “yeah” and then she ask me something else and I couldn’t hear her so I was like “huh?” And she repeats herself and I still can’t hear her so I ask “excuse me” again and I genuinely can’t understand what she’s saying and my fiancée has already gotten on my ass for not being able to hear (stupid I know) so at this point I get nervous and I ask again and she obviously looks confused at this point but tells me louder “way to make it to the gym 😃👍” and honestly her saying that lowkey made me feel less nervous coming back because I didn’t since I gained a lot of weight from not being able to do anything for almost a month so I’m thankful she didn’t just get annoyed and just ignored me after that third “huh” and just said “never mind”

Worst gym I’ve experience in my life. I signed up back in July. That day, I said I want this particular card on the account not the one that is on file. They did not remove that card ot change it to the card I asked them continue to charge it and overdraft my account.I signed up for the childcare through the majority of my membership. I was unable to book appointments online. I called in a number of times and nobody was able to fix my account. I had an escalated a number of times between different managers still, nobody was able to fix my account. It wasn’t until two months before I canceled my membership that they actually corrected the account and I was able to book online. Before that I had to call and actually speak to somebody in the childcare center in order to book my appointment. I could never get the same manager. Every time I would go to actually speak with a manager it was a different manager. Upon canceling my membership Through the process, it showed I was going to be charged for my final gym membership one month prior to the last date of my gym membership. My last date would’ve been March 16. It showed the final charge would’ve been on February 16. They double charged my account For two payments in one month. The reason why they said is because people will cancel their accounts and then remove their cards off their account so they don’t get charged. I had just paid mine a few days prior. I don’t understand why they would double charge your account. If you’re canceling, it should still be charged on the same billing date. This is the worst gym I have dealt with. I would not recommend going through them, and if you do sign up Your yourself online don’t rely on these idiots to help you because it doesn’t seem like any of them know what they are actually doing. It shouldn’t take a genius to put the correct Card on file. It shouldn’t take a genius to get an account to work properly so you can use the app and all of the features that you’re paying for with your membership. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.
