The lady and girl around self check out made me not want to come back to this location. I had items I didn’t need and they made fun of me why I was getting them. Looks like I’ll take my business elsewhere. ROY MANAGEMENT please address this issues and all other negative experiences, I’ve come to you since I was a kid but I’m done being laughed at by immature cashiers.

Some prices on things are bit high. Main reason I don't shop at Harmon's. I can get same items for less elsewhere.

Equivalent items are cheaper at Maverik.

A woman named Jen, who is likely a senior citizen , works at the store decided to ask a woman at the register why she was “counting out,” while I was in the self checkout line with my groceries.
Jen, the older woman, said to the checkout lady, “did you see the look of pure panic in my eyes!?” While the woman said “why,” Jen decided to look at me and then not finish her sentence when I looked up to see what was happening. While I didn’t plan to jump over and steal all the money from the till— that was clearly what Jen thought I’d do. I finished paying for my groceries and left, but not before Jen who had quickly answered a question for someone, jumped back to help maintain defense for what is probably a small amount of money.
Profiling at its finest, she’s probably only looking out for what’s best, but lacked the discretion and made me not want to come back.
She’s probably too old to work in a diverse part of the town if she can’t handle someone in a hood.

I visited Harmon's Grocery in Roy, UT today to purchase ingredients for a traditional Venezuelan bread called pan de jamon. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
From the moment I entered the store, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The store director, Kent, a tall white male, was facing shelves in the dairy aisle but was clearly watching me. As I continued shopping, I noticed him following me repeatedly. Additionally, I saw members of the Loss Prevention team trailing me, though their attempts to be discreet were unsuccessful.
Despite having hand and neck tattoos, I was there to shop just like any other customer. I purchased all my items without incident, but the constant surveillance made me feel like a criminal. This kind of predatory behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others who might face similar treatment. Harmon's Grocery should train their staff to treat all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their appearance.

This place used to be good. They rarely ever have milk and eggs fully stocked. Have to make a separate trip to another store for those items unfortunately.

Salad bar is amazing. Bought some banana bread today that was so dry. Doesn't expire for another week.

Awful experience. The first picture is the inspiration picture I sent in to the bakery for my son’s birthday cake . And this is what I picked up for $15.00. I get it’s not going to look exactly like the picture but that is awful and they didn’t even try. Won’t be coming back here for cakes again

Not a great experience, the bakery lady was probably having a bad day.She was short and unpleasant to myself and two other customers before me. Also during the checkout process the bagger jumped a guy for putting his basket on the stack of other baskets on the next closed checkout aisle. Ffs give me a break

Very nice place but the elitism is real here. The food is absolutely delicious and it’s a very clean store. They do price gouge on non-Harmons items though. I sadly feel out of place there if I’m not wearing business casual, I was wearing a SnapBack hat and street clothes at the time, quite clean and modest but when their self checkout machine didn’t take my gift card, they stood there and let me wait long enough for my ice cream to melt (I live one mile away.) There was no one else there, they needed manager approval but the manager just kept talking with and laughing with the uppity well-to-do customers. I’ve loved Harmons for 20 years so it’s pretty sad to be neglected for no reason. I finally got some assistance but the person who rang me up was very stiff and unapologetic. Ah well, at least I don’t need Harmon’s to keep enjoying good food elsewhere.

I ordered a bushel of Chile on Monday afternoon the guy said it should be in Tuesday afternoon no specific time and I mentioned to him that I worked the evening shift. So on Wednesday afternoon I called to make sure they were there and they were, so I told him I would be in the next morning to pick them up. Thursday morning I went and picked up my Chile and after the guy handed me the box " He Rudely said next time you say your going to be here on Tuesday, you need to be here on Tuesday". It completely caught me off guard and it was extremely unprofessional!! Sorry for having a life. They lost any future Business from me!!!!

I was in Harmons the other day at the courtesy booth trying to get assistance with my foodie club card. I’ve been coming to the Roy Harmons for 35 years and the red headed chic at the courtesy booth was so rude. She acted like I was a bother and was condensing. I ended up figuring the new foodie card system on my own. No customer service skills at all, very unimpressed. .

When preparing an online order; PLEASE pick fruits and vegetables that YOU would eat yourself. I no longer trust Harmons shoppers to make this selection for me.
