Amazing work, Jenny is so wonderful and super helpful. Everyone in the office is nice. They will let you in with opened arms and help you out as soon as possible. We didnt have an appointment and they took the time to help us file our taxes right then and there. Thank you Jenny for all your hard work and for taking the time to help us out.

We took our information to H and R in Roy, Utah. We were very disappointed in the knowledge of the person doing our taxes. She had to keep asking co workers questions. My husband has neuropathy and stood up at one point so his feet didn't swell and she told him to sit down. We won't be a returning customer.

I was so pleased that they were able to get me in on very short notice. Being a truck driver, I am always on the road and never know when I'll be home or for how long so getting stuff like this done is very difficult for me. Heidi was super awesome, super helpful and super quick! Thank you so much Heidi for everything!!!!

H&R Block claims to have a tax identity shield but my identity was stolen through my H&R Block account. I went through all the correct procedures and they absolutely nothing to assist me. It´s the worst feeling ever having your identity stolen and I could pay hundreds of dollars less through other companies to file my taxes. I chose them since 2006 in the instance I need their assistance in this type of situation. When it comes to the time when I need their assistance, I receive none. Even got told to leave their business for asking, treated like a criminal. Devastating. I would never recommend them to anyone again. The person that stole my identity´s email address is still associated with my account to this day.

We scheduled our appointment with an agent we knew and trusted. They unfortunately got sick and the company just put us with someone we didn't know. They were nice and friendly but we left feeling like more could have been done for us financially. We would have liked to have known before going in that our agent was not in and given the opportunity to reschedule before showing up to our appointment. The

Heidi was so caring and helpful. She made sure I understood everything that was going on and helped me when I was being stressed out. She was willing to help and didn’t make me feel like a burden. I knew she was off at five and we were unable to finish up but she was able to give me guidance on exactly how to fix the issue and let me complete everything and we made me a follow up appointment for the next day. I’m so grateful for her time and kind attitude!
