This is my second time working with this store. First after 4 hours of getting my tire flat fixed. They told me I had to go to another store to get it balanced. And then had to wait an hour and half to get the tire removed, balanced and put back on.
The second time was for an ATV tire all ready removed. Tire was bad and I asked if they the same tire as the other tire I had them replace. They said yes.... it was not even close to the same tire. I went to another store and they fixed both problems.
I love Les Schwab but, I will not be going back to the Roy UT store.

Really great service , and so fast ! I had my tires rotated, filled with air and full trip inspection and I was in and out in under 30 minutes ! I highly recommend them !

I came to get my tires rotated and balanced. Makayla has been promoted it has gone to a different store. But I was so impressed with Austin that even though I'm sad to see her go I'm really impressed with his customer service. Thank you so much!

Went in to replace light. Staff were kind and helpful. They offered to fix the light both back lights for total of $1,300. Both lights cost north of $500 and labor. I said no. We bought a light for $300 and watched YouTube and fixed it. So offered to resolve for $1,300+ vs YouTube and find cheaper part. Just making the point that these prices were not fair.

I trust Les Schwab Tire Center in Roy for all my tire needs. Always friendly, speedy, affordable, and the best customer service around. Needed my winter tires taken off and new ones put on. In and out in a timely fashion. Thank you!

$63.26 to mount and balance 1 tire. It was already removed from the car, and I provided the tire. Service was okay, nothing spectacular. Just expensive

I waited for 5 hours to get 2 wheels of brakes done, I was charged for calipers and was not informed until after that they do that every time for 140 each, there was no communication while waiting that entire time, the guy they sent it to talk to me near the end of that 5 hours accidentally let it skip that his tech twisted both of my brake lines and they needed to be replaced but wanted to charge me for it, after meeting the tech, it made absolute sense that someone like him would do that, the only good thing about that store is the woman at the front desk that was apologetic and tried to answer questions, the tech and the guy at the front desk both disregarded my questions and were very dismissive. 10/10 go to absolutely any other les schwab but this one.
