Alayna idk if that’s how you spell her name but she was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and super nice and knowledgeable. We did so much running around and she gave us more info then even the customer care line, Layton just straight up hung up on us after I tried explaining my situation with a transfer pin. How rude. Go to the roy store. They’re amazing.

Purchased a phone 11/12/22 (same phone and case) because I lost my phone (I just purchased in August). 11/15/22, someone finds and returns my "old" phone still in good-working condition. Went to try to return the "new" phone and was told they couldn't return it because it is considered an "upgrade" because I kept my same number. Soo frustrating!!
