They take good care of you here. I bought a used car as-is, first time buyer. I took it here on reference from a friend for a diagnostic. The manager took me into the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong and why, and gave me a steep discount on my first repairs, which impressed me greatly; like he wanted to show that he and his team were dedicated to building trust with customers, even those who might not otherwise know what they were dealing with (i.e. not car savvy). Very pleasant staff and always very responsive!

I am so glad I went to midas in Roy today because the guys there were awesome and very helpful. Kevin is great at what he does and thanks for looking out for me since I am new here and didn't know where to but now I do from now on I'll be going to the midas at Roy. Also the Erin did an amazing job and he's fast had me out sooner than I thought. Thanks you guys for the hard work.

Kevin is the best!
My daughter took her 20 yr old car in to have the check engine light checked and tail lights repaired. Not only did everything get fixed, Kevin totally worked with us on the cost of repairs to fit within our budget. I never felt like we where being taken advantage of or upsold. This place will be our go to for car repair and service going forward. Thanks, Kevin!!

The diagnostic fee is almost 4 times what it was a year ago.
They did the bare minimum and read the code and gave me a quote for a catalytic converter replacement of $2,600. I asked what the readings of the 02 sensors were and they said they were not sure specifics but were normal. I asked if it was an oem part, after market etc. It was oem and after market. I declined as the vehicle is only worth 5k. They phoned again a bit later, miraculously able to get the price down to 1,300 by finding the catalytic converter at a different retailer. I asked again what the 02 readings were, they still did not know, but that they were normal and also said the 02 sensors were overheating. In my experience this would give erratic readings leading to further inspection of the sensor. I felt deceived and declined When I picked up, I asked again what the sensor readings were, they still did not know. Do not recommend
