“I know the post office gets a bad reputation, but I believe that this particular post office does a pretty good job being thorough.. there were a couple of hiccups along the way with getting a package delivered, but overall it was a decent experience.One thing I’d recommend is to have the stamp prices advertised very loud and clear, as it was a little confusing until after I ordered them to know how much they cost.”
“Friendly service, though (surprise) the line can be a bit slow at times.Stays open for customers to get counter help till 2pm on Saturdays, which is convenient.Lots of PO boxes here.”
“The employees I have worked with at the main desk have been incredible! I have had some trouble with customs forms in sending international packages, and they are always so accommodating to me. They have helped me figure out what I can do differently, and they’ve been patient with me. They want to help me send off my packages as badly as I want to send them! My postal delivery gal has also been awesome! I can’t rave enough about the Kaysville branch! Thank you all!”

“Had trouble with an address due to a foreign shipping company excluding the unit number before handing it off to USPS. Went here and Rosemary took care of it right away. Getting straight to the point and providing exceptional customer service along the way. I have problems with the carrier, but on this occasion the service was excellent.”
