“I had such a great experience here! I had went to the Clearfield USPS and they said they could only send 2 of my packages with a QR code. I came to this Syracuse location and the lady was so nice and helped me get all of my other packages sent and explained to me what boxes to use in the future. I truly appreciated her kindness! I will be taking the longer drive to come to this office from now on.”

She has been there for years and has been putting smiles on all of our faces. Everybody goes through hard times, but you would never know it with her. Is she is just the sweetest but all of them are. They are really all good people, they try to move the lines along, the place is always clean and everybody is super helpful!”

But yesterday was an exception due to a last-minute submission of a box that I was trying to get pushed out, and I had Alisha's help when it came to getting it turned in before the timer ran out and the shutters came down. “I know the post office gets a bad reputation, but I believe that this particular post office does a pretty good job being thorough.. there were a couple of hiccups along the way with getting a package delivered, but overall it was a decent experience.One thing I’d recommend is to have the stamp prices advertised very loud and clear, as it was a little confusing until after I ordered them to know how much they cost.”
