I went in for a walk-in, they were nice and took me right back. I sat with Isabelle and asked for a medium length A-line. She did not give me this at all! She cut way shorter than we agreed on and it looks nothing like what I asked for. I'm very disappointed and won't be going back

Kayden was so rude :( happened multiple times, we won’t be coming back :(( also, the cuts weren’t great and when we asked for changes he would be very passive aggressive

Great service usually. I won't go to Kaylee. I've had 2 bad haircuts from her. She talks to others so much that she doesn't pay attention to what she's doing. Isabelle and Ashlee are great.

Sign says buzz $16 so after my buzz the girl says that will be 21$ i hesitate and looked at the sign then paid I guess the girl got a 5 dollar tip without asking if I wanted to leave one won't return..never seen where stylist just make up a price to benefit them..

Caden cuts & colors my hair. He is the best. Very meticulous. I love it. My husband gets his cut by Isabelle. Military style. She is very good & makes sure his eyebrows are also clean & trim.

Will never go back to the Roy location. Usually i go to the Syracuse location which is usually busy, but they do a great job. Today i went to the roy location because i was in the area. I have never seen so many hair stylists move so slowly. This was absolutely ridiculous. 35 minutes for a mens haircut? And that doesnt include the wait time. It has never taken more than 15 minutes anywhere else that i have gone.

Went here for the first time today and we got Violet and she was incredible. She was communicating with my child and myself. She was engaged the whole time she was cutting my son's hair and it was a really positive experience. Definitely will be coming back here. The place was clean and inviting. If you need a place for you or your children come here and ask for Violet. She is the best. Thanks for a great experience today!

I had the worst service by “Ashley”
My hair was almost to my waist and I ask for it to be cut about 3-4 inches below my shoulders which was already cutting way too much off and I even showed her pointing with my hand to where I wanted it cut.
She starts to cut the back and never did she asked or double checked again how much to cut before cutting until she came to the side and I noticed it was WAY much shorter than I had asked for. She cut it to my collar bone length, which is MUCH MORE shorter than what I said. NEVER did she apologized or said anything else about her mistake as she finished cutting the other side I had to asked for her to trim my bangs because she was so ready to be done.
I have been coming here for the past 5 years and have had many different people cut my hair all have done a good job until today.
