“Natasha absolutely saved our moving plans when another company (Budget Truck Rentals) cancelled on us at the last minute. We walked in there with no reservation on a very busy Saturday and walked out with a perfect solution about 10 minutes later. She was so kind, understanding, and efficient. “I had rented a U-Haul in Texas to be a one way back to Utah. The representative in Texas made a mistake and changed it as an in town rental. We took the U-Haul to Clearfield to get some assistance on what to do as the truck needed to be returned to Texas. Nicki (I apologize I am not sure how they spell their name) helped us. Nicki was professional, kind, efficient and helped us resolve the issue even though it was not this locations error. I appreciate the help so much after being on the phone with multiple representatives getting the run around. Nicki did not pass the buck to another representative or told us to come back later but helped us resolve our questions and issues from start to finish. I appreciate the professionalism and understanding to help resolve. If I ever need to rent again it will be at this location. Thank you!!”
“My experience with this business was very good. I went in one week before my move date, and the lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. She was able to get me a moving truck on short notice, and she maintained communication with me during the week. When I got the truck, the same lady came outside and helped direct me as I backed the truck up so I wouldn’t hit anything. I was happy and thankful for the service I received.”
