This shop is the best hands down. The experience was great across the board. They were affordable and fast replacing the transmission in my work van. The transmission that was sent to them was making a noise that didn’t sound quite right and Sergio was upfront and honest about it, sending it back for a warranty and working late to get me back on the road. Highly recommend these guys for any transmission work.

I’ve never used TSO, but I did stop in and talk with them about a concern I had with my transmission. I really appreciate the honest opinion I was given, they could have lied to me and made profit, but I’d say that’s not their game! Thanks again!

Took in my car to try and get my transmission fixed, they weren't able to and I ended up getting a new one. The service was amazing and my car was fixed as quickly as possible. I'd definitely recommend this place with anyone having transmission issues.

Asking how they came up with the diagnosis and the guy started yelling at my brother for doubting his job. Really bad attitudes and rude. I will never use them again and don't recommend anybody else either.Service: Transmission

TSO was recommended highly for a transmission repair in April. The replacement transmission only lasted less than ***** miles. ****** the process of working with the warranty company, it came about that the transmission cooler and factory installed bypass should have been replaced at the time of the transmission replacement.After several conversations with ****** and threats from me to contact a lawyer, the best offer given to me was that they would pay for half of the replacement of the parts said. Since our last conversation, I have been in contact with a lawyer and filed this review. My next move will be to contact a local news agency and get the word out about how TSO does not take care of customers and how they do not keep up to date on requirements to new vehicles regarding replacements needs for their type of work.
